    FSH stimulates PRIMARY follicles - not primordial follicles. Primordial follicles develop into primary follicles independent of FSH due to mechanisms that are still not fully known.

It is a great one off guide for attracting amazing ladies using this simple pheromone trick without the hard work. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my coo-worker after a lifetime of fighting got amazing results with it.

      I have one doubt during m.c. Follicles are mature by fsh hormone bt at early menopause some follicles are still maturing nd small amount of estrogen is still there then it will stimulate hypothalamus nd ant pituitary to produce more fsh nd if there will be production of fsh then follicles will start mature????
      Can anyone clear my confusion

    • @tanyagowda4876
      @tanyagowda4876 Před 4 lety +2

      @@alishaanny227 During Pre- menopause some follicles are still maturing (i.e they still have fsh receptors and will respond to fsh, leading to secretion of Estrogen) but as menopause further progresses there are very little or no follicles left, which is why the fsh increase in no as the estrogen levels aren't as high as they were before. And that causes desensitization of the fsh receptors of the follicles.
      Hope it helps! :)

    • @SanaShaikh-jj7sb
      @SanaShaikh-jj7sb Před 3 lety +3

      @@alishaanny227 Good question. Here's my understanding. As the ovarian follicles start depleting, they also become resistant to pituitary gonadotropin.And although estrogen is present now, but the dominant one is estrone and not estradiol as this is depleting rapidly (which is normally required for normal functions). So, although FSH increases, but as the required estradiol is not sufficient and also as the ovarian follicle are resistant to gonadotropin, FSH (although increased) is not able to carry out it's normal function as the factors are not favourable for it.
      Hope it helps:)

    Follicle (granulosa cells) produces inhibin that blocks the FSH secretion (not estrogen inhibits FSH production) and estrogen inhibits LH production. This is the accurate physiology but maybe you explain it in this way to simplify the process. However, it got me confused! I think it's better to mention it....

    The sustained high levels of FSH from the anterior pit during menopause (which is supportive of the diagnosis of menopause) is because reduced/ absence of follicular cells in the ovaries means less oestrogen and progesterone that normally inhibit the secretion of FSH.
    correct?
    however in your video on the menstrual cycle you say the opposite. that at low levels oestrogen inhibits GnRH and so inhibits release of FSH and LH and only at HIGH levels of OESTROGEN it stimulates the release of LH/FSH.

Not all women need HRT or display the symptoms mentioned and it's important to understand why.

    I'd love to know why he says this all starts with menopause when it actually starts with perimenopause
    (pre-menopause). The time frame during which women experience this is different for everyone but typically lasts much longer than he says. Then menopause is defined as one year after our last period. So I stopped watching this after about 2 minutes because it is misinformation. And I know because I have been researching as I am going through this long hormonal process. Hopefully in the last seven years he's become more informed.
