Working the joints and not the muscles is how I ended up having close to full body tendonitis. That and not properly warming up. Warming up properly especially for heavy movements is a MUST
What are you trying to say though?
@Bricksquad1017 you should warm up a lot before heavy exercises, and don't go so heavy that it impacts your joints and makes them feel horrible. That's how I got my tendonitis over time

yes seated curl was after laying. laying was 15,15,10,10, seated was 15,1515,15-dropset-restpause to failure hope that makes sense

hey my man, your 100 right in my opinion if it was a 1 session a week leg day yes I would Defo need more rom, but for my personal plan I want to just isolate quads as much as possible in these exercises, because 48 hours later I have hamstring focus legs day where everything is feet high and wide with deep reps ill try to video this session and share it also. plus...... if I'm being really honest I don't think my knees could handle ass to grass hacks and leg press 2x per week I'm not 21 anymore :(

If you're quads suck(like mine do) that abductor machine should become your best friend
