I don't mean to sound rude but I get comments all the time asking questions that could be answered with a simple Google search. This is a big reason why I have stopped answering most of my comments (unless I think they would have an interesting answer); I don't want to spend my time just answering simple questions (also one of the biggest reasons I haven't made a Discord server). Helping people learn these topics is often thankless work, and constantly receiving comments like that (sometimes ones that are in a rude tone or have terrible spelling and grammar) gets annoying after a while.
Everyone asks questions. Many of the smartest people have asked many, many questions. However no one is obligated to answer your questions. Research it first; the entirety of mankind's knowledge is at your fingertips - take advantage of it. The best advice I can give for asking questions is to ask them in the appropriate places (forums or respective Discord channels) and most importantly be considerate. Know that the person on the other end is taking time out of their day to answer your question, so please be respectful.

I've been binging and following everything on my own and appreciated a lot of the things I've learned. Is there any chance that you'll make some avatar set-up/creation tutorials? Not really begging you or anything, but your videos just REALLY feel easy to watch compared to others
Thanks for the compliment! I have thought about making avatar tutorials but honestly it isn't something I'm too interested in. There are many more video tutorials for avatar related stuff (including official ones on the VRC Learning Channel) and while they have faults (in my opinion) I believe they are adequate.

I might do a quick update vid idk, I will at least make a correction in the description. That’s the pain about making videos on this kind of stuff, it just updates so often it’s hard to keep track of
I just checked it out for myself; the caustics have definitely improved but my original opinions still stand so I'm not going to make an update about it.

When i import the video player all of the scripts are missing.. what should i do? am i missing a step?!
1. If you have any errors, look at the console tab, hit clear and look up the red errors that still remain.
2. If you still have questions use the search bar to look them up in the VRChat Discord before asking (chances are someone already had the same question that you did) discord.com/invite/vrchat
Or if your problem is with 3rd-party tools (like UdonSharp), then search/ask in other relevant Discord servers, such as the UdonSharp Discord

When I added it a error appeared. "unityObject cannot be null" xD
I seem to be missing some parts in the USharpVideo package. At least the "General" part only asks for a Synchronization and the UIStyler is missing. Were those packages we also needed to import or is my package maybe defective? I got the newest package for USharpVideo and just dragged and dropped into the scene, as in the video.

I have been dying to find out what video player the karaoke world compatible with quest uses. And I’d there any player that works with CZcams links for quest?
CZcams links do not work on Quest, that is an inherent Quest limitation
Ran into this error with the qv pens "[UdonSharp] Assets\QvPen\UdonScript\QvPen_Pen.cs(915,49): System.Exception: Method is not exposed to Udon: UnityEngine.Object Instantiate(UnityEngine.Object), Udon signature: UnityEngineComponent.__Instantiate__UnityEngineObject__UnityEngineObject" does anyone know how to fix this?!?!?!?!

When I got the color pens, my SDK was messed up. Couldn't upload or update my world. Does anyone know how to fix it?
Make sure you got the VCC (VRChat Creator Companion) one if you are using that. If not, get the non-VCC version. Also in the future look at your console for errors and look up the errors or post on the VRChat Discord.
I used the UsharpVideo Prefab and it will not let me paste video links. I cant seem to find a solution anywhere. Any ideas?
Make sure that the UI is not inside of a collider

The QvPen didnt work for me, i unpack the prefab but i cant use the pens at all. i can take them and run with them but i cant paint with it. maybe someone can help? (i loaded the "QvPen(grad)" prefab in)

This method does NOT work. Even if you get the Github files, unity 2019 does not work. I attempted to get the package... only to find out it is v1.1.6 and doesn't contain the necessary package.
idk what you mean by "this". if you follow the updated instructions in all of their respective pages all of them will work. the instructions in this video may be slightly out of date
Does the video player work for quest too?

when i put the video player it completely removes the option for me to upload the world like it removes the control panel button and i tried it several times in several different worlds and it breaks everytime

yea, it broke everything for me too, ill see if i can find an answer as to why and comment an update
alright, i got it workin (im on the latest version of unity that vcc wanted: 2022.3.22f1) and i just removed the imported version of udonsharp, i think what it happened it the imported udonsharp conflicted with the udonsharp in the sdk. try removing udonsharp if you imported it or just not importing it and that should fix it.
udon sharp breaks basically everything in my map tried for tens of hours no fix.
You need to also update to the latest SDK version and remove any prefabs or scripts that don't work. Then clear the console and look up any remaining errors, or search/ask in the VRC Discord.

@@crimsom2977 Okok so i found the fix. You also need a package called 'UdonSharp'. I imported it and the 107 errors went away

Im am desperate I need a tutorial step by step how to sync events with late joiners. My friends can see me toggle a door but if they join late it is default for them. Really need a detailed Udon graph tutorial. Thanks for all you do and sorry don't want to bother.
