My husband is the only man I've ever even kissed, we started dating as teenagers and we've been together for a decade, we have 4 beautiful children and a lovely modest house in the country with a big garden and peace. I get to stay home and homeschool the kids. My husband works hard for us and we have a great life. I adore and admire him, I am even more in love with him today than I was when we got married. We don't have any extravagances, we're not rich, but I'd say he's a successful man in all the ways that matter.

I want to point out that 1 Timothy 5:8 is about people who “don’t” provide for their family. Not those who “can’t.” This may seem like semantics but I think it’s important. The context of “don’t” in the text is about self-indulgence and irresponsibility. But someone can truly be trying but is struggling and maybe “can’t” take care of everything at the moment.

I think as a Christian it’s important how you make your wealth. If it’s in an immoral way or at the detriment of those who work for you it’s a problem
God saved me when I needed him the most. I speak to him multiple times a day and try to learn as much as possible about him and the Bible. Praying for everyone reading this comment. Haven't had a job in 6 months and my life has never been doing this well, mentally, physically and financially. I've been working on my own to pay the bills and now I have been accepted in a Aerospatial Assembly course (which I will get paid 18$/h while learning). Being a Pilot has always been my dream and I believe God had plans for me and that's why I am where I am today. This course will get me closer than ever to my dream, and I'll get paid to learn it. God, I couldn't have asked for something better, I'm grateful for everything I have. Amen! ❤

Being fit isnt something that is considered high on the difficulty skill. Kind of like paying your bills, they are important, but not everything. As men, strength is important. Respect is important, family is, money is, helping people. As men we dont complain and we get things done. This world was made from testosterone.
Working out is definitely a keystone habit when you exercise and get in shape, you eat better, sleep better, and focus better.

As someone who used to be subscribed to Wes’ channel and would watch a lot of his content, I always wondered if he would one day be convicted by Christian values and morale. I found Wes when I was lost in depression and I didn’t have a way out. I later went back to the church and I feel so fulfilled and at peace compared to when I was chasing money, women, looks. I pray that Wes is convicted by this confrontation. He deserves forgiveness and light just like we do.
I hate red pill and I’ll go as far as to say I think Jesus hates red pill too. Our culture idea of an alpha male is not godly whatsoever. Jesus is the ultimate “alpha male” and he was lowly, humble, and meek. Women AND MEN are called to live by the fruits of the spirit- love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, gentleness, self control. These are not “feminine” traits. Everyone needs to stop focusing on femininity and masculinity and focus on being like Jesus.

I really tried to give him a fair shake but I must say I find his personality insufferable. I think he turns a lot of people off and reinforce the bad stereotype they have of Christians. I think if he were more charitable with his speech he'd be unstoppable.

Well, this is true. Whether you want to see it religiously or literally. Because if you usually have $10 a day in your pocket and one day you get $20, you are wealthy by your own standard. It won't be an everyday thing, of course. But it is your own wealth.
I have lots of money, that didn't make me happy. It was when I treated my family to a nice $20/person meal, that brought me way more satisfaction. Why? Cause one is just numbers on a spreadsheet and the other has meaning and heart behind it.

After coming down with a neurological condition I lost my family and their trust due to bad decisions I constantly made. I have always told my children that I love them and that im proud of them. I just life doesn't have regrets.

I was at a conference Wes spoke at and he basically cussed at us for 45 minutes while pacing back and forth on the stage. Absolutely zero content. There’s no depth and no message. Absolutely an empty suit. He’ll run out of air soon enough.
One thing you were absolutely right about was Wes started off trying to help and once the money took control it changed him completely. I remember him saying he doesn’t care about the car and money and was just living a normal life with money. The problem with The world is that the worst people are the richest. Not all, but most. I've owned businesses and I've had money and been broke. I've learned that the way to become wealthy is to make more than you're worth by taking advantage of people or resources. I believe part of the recipe in being successful as a disciple of Christ is having fruit others desire. A major thing that people desire in this world is financial freedom. Broke people have significantly less reach than what people with money have. So, I think it’s our duty as Christians to be financially well off
The reward I've always received from doing good deeds is the consequence of the good deed. When I clean my house, I don't earn any money from it, in fact I would be spending materials instead. However, the reward of cleaning a home is A LOT, and more important than finance. There's more reward to the consequence of good action that leads to good impact compared to material things itself. A reward for a hardworking parent is seeing their kids graduate college or trade school and have a good life. It is something more than just monetary value, and that's something that perhaps Mr. West just simply doesn't understand.
What can the world give me? A calamity can strike anytime, and I can lose everything just like Job has. But my faith in the Lord, now that's my strength. It's the will to continue despite disaster that only God can give. To have that ultimate sense of peace in your walks of fire for the flames can never touch you because God is always with you. The ultimate power of God shown in your life, is the very thing that destroys you, builds you instead. Praying for Mr. West and all the alpha males out there. There's only one Alpha and Omega, the First and the Last, and that is Christ Jesus.
