✈️ Got any quick go-to meals that we can bring on a plane?
I love pretzels and candies! Sometimes before the flight I get boba even tho it doesn't last me awhile bc I drink it so fast lol.
Ants on a log and chex mix are my favorites
Potatoes
Cheeze-it!!!
Not meals but Larabars are my favorite to bring!
Thanks for not eating the tuna! I’m so happy that you guys took the criticism from that egg video. I love your content so much, hope you’re having a wonderful day :)
She said in that video she wouldn't eat the one food dish because of the smells then everyone jumped her over the chips
Can you please share the link of the egg video?
she didn't say it was bc of the comments on the egg video 😭 she said she didn't eat the sandwich bc it smelled. 2+2= she ate the eggs bc they didn't smell.
@@babyjki444 or if they did she either didn’t smell it herself or didn’t clock it as unpleasant
nothing wrong with the tuna Sandwich provided you wash the tuna first and make a spread with a bunch of spices.
I’m sorry but genuinely why would you even think of bringing tuna on a plane. I wouldn’t even bring that on a road trip in fear of it stinking let alone a flight
The smell of tuna makes me feel physically sick. I’d say any snacks with a strong smell are absolutely not a good idea to bring into an enclosed space with other people.
Oh would you shut up. Bring a nose plug and you're good.
@@hollyberry0602 Bring a nose plug if you're such a snow flake. Or fly private next time, if the smell of other people is too much for you.
@@Thomas-lk5cu nah nobody is trying to sit on a flight while the entire time it stinks nasty like tuna you peasant. Go sniff sewer water since it makes you so tough bro 🤣🤡
@@Thomas-lk5cu you don't have to be so rude, who hurt you?
I saw your SkyFlakes so I raise you my Hansel biscuits. Coffee cream filled biscuits ftw plus that awesome smell.
Hansel is just one of the best biscuits ever. Good aroma, crunchy but perfectly soft, and yeah, mocha flavor is elite.
I just noticed that the Sky Flakes that she bought has Japanese characters on it. 😁
I’m glad you’re being conscious of plane-friendly foods after that time you brought boiled eggs 😂
She brought tuna fish though 😑
@@majorlazor5058 at least she didn’t end up eating it lol but yeah.. out of all the foods in the world idk why she would even bring it in the first place. It’s not that hard to *not* bring stinky food on a plane!
@@majorlazor5058 but she didn't ate it tho. You all are so sensitive
@@annadsouza6113 how is it being sensitive? I’m pregnant and if someone sat near me on a plane where everyone had to breathe the same air and started eating stinky ass boiled eggs or tuna, don’t be surprised if I puke LMAO. Nobody is crying or getting all mad. It’s simply airplane courtesy. Get over yourself 😂
@@annadsouza6113 it's not about being sensitive? Don't get me wrong, I like this youtuber but why would u want to bring something that will obviously stink uo the entire plane. Good on her that she didn't eat it, but don't u think u should consider other passengers before bringing something as such. Nobody wants to smell fish on the plane
Some lady opened a can of tuna (which I hate as it is) next to me on a flight. It somehow smelled even worse being 30,000 feet in the air. I am glad you didn't open the sandwich and were considerate of other people unlike the lady next to me.
So she opened a can of tuna on the plane and just started eating it as if it were a cup of yogurt?! 😐
She was hilarious, inconsiderate, and annoying all at once.
@@greatgownsbeautifulgowns You have that right, she even brought her own metal fork from home. Sister was prepared but the rest of us weren't 🐟💨👃🏻
It is just fish, get over it
I always take bruschette maretti with me when I travel. Usually the pizza flavored ones. You should try it out.
Honeydew and prosciutto is a good snack! I also like cubed watermelon and peanut butter ritz cracker sandwiches.
If you don’t mind eating the seeds, pomegranates are great. Crunchy and juicy, it’s a fruit that doesn’t get boring.
I put it in salad and eat it, it does get boring eating it alone
Cheeze-its, triscuits, chopped up cantaloupe. Pita bread sandwich with (mild) hummus and avocado. Those were my snacks on my last flight :)
Your pita sandwich sounds amazing, great idea!
That mango looks good
Yes, as a frequent traveler thank you for not eating that tuna on the flight. Nothing worse than the stench of tunafish in a confined space for the whole flight to be repulsed by.
I love how you think of others.
Thanks for not eating the tuna on the flight.
Who brings a tuna sandwich on a long crowded ride though. First the boiled egg now tuna😂🤣🤣. What next? freshly cut garlic 😂🤣😂
@@majorlazor5058 durian 🤣
@@LilyElkind 😂🤣
@@majorlazor5058 so what if there are people who do bring it
@@annadsouza6113 it’s inconsiderate. To everyone on the plane. How do you not understand that
I respect your decision not to eat the stinky fish. Good decision.
I reccomend bringing m&ms every flight I've went to I had to put m&ms in my bag you can just take a handful and watch a movie while munching oh the m&ms!
YOU'RE ALLOWED TO BRING YOUR OWN FOOD ON A PLANE!?!?!
I wonder if you can bring your own alchol if it's in a water bottle
@@tanasiacampos5836 hi my boyfriend likes to keep things clean so brings 100ml of pure alcohol everywhere including on the plane. However you should only usually be allowed liquids which you bought in the airport after security.
@@tanasiacampos5836 you're not allowed to bring liquids over 100 ml size containers (so even if it's water, alcohol, shampoo, etc. it can't be in a big bottle with just a little in it).
The only exception I know of like baby food, formula or breast milk.
@@tanasiacampos5836 no you cannot
um yea 😐
She stopped bringing hard boiled eggs on a plane but thinks TUNA FISH is any better 💀
Lmfaooo
a ditsy girl she is.
That was also my first thought. 🤣🤣🤣
i wonder what she will bring next 😉
Tuna on a flight makes my skin crawl haha
Chips, fruits, veggies, yoghurt, egg sandwich, 🥚, baked goods, nuts, bento box, burrito, candy, juice, milk, Hummus, any type of sandwich if you prep, mashed potatoes with crackers
Things I can think of that are easy to eat and not really smelly or messy would be Siopao and hot dogs with bun
Another quick togo meal with not much of an odor is pita and hummus! (Just do NOT bring garlic hummus for obvious reasons) but the plain kind or even other flavors (pine nut, red pepper, everything bagel, etc) will most likely be plane safe :D
Those skyflakes crackers are literally so good. I havent had them since i was a kid but my family could knock a whole box out in a week. Amazing
I love tuna, anchovies and sardines. I love stinky cheese. I love fermented foods.
So, that tuna sandwich would make me hungry if I smelled it.
But, tuna is so strong that someone who might be feeling queasy might just vomit everywhere.
I know there are fish with a very faint smell that others can't smell it.
Fresh fruits, carrorts, radishes, grape tomatoes and mild cheese like mozzerella.
You could throw together a fruit/veggie/cheese 'plate' with a dip for each, along with chunks of pound cake and Angel food cake and crackers for the veggie dip.
Just don't bring any kind of onion or garlic products on the plane.
Oh, definitely bring chocolates.
that Mango looks soooooo good!
I always bring trail mix, chips, a sliced up apple or orange and M&M's! if I have time to cook the night before I'll make Spam Musubi and a small container with eggs and rice. Husband always says he doesn't want any but always takes some once we're airborne. :P
Chocolate is a good snack! Also apple and cashews/apple and walnuts if you take alternating bites of the two (one bite of apple and one bit of walnut), or just a really good sourdough bread roll : D
Now I want mango - looks so goodb
I haven’t been on a plane since before the pandemic, but things like beef jerky and dried mangoes are some of my fav snacks to bring aboard. I once ate a banh mi, I hope it wasn’t too smelly and I def won’t do that again. 🫢
I’m glad you didn’t eat the tuna sandwich! I’m not a fan of yucking other people’s yums, but it’s important to remember that people are sensitive to different smells, and motion sickness is really common on planes or other travel. It’s different when you’re in a situation when you can’t reasonably expect anyone to be feeling poorly, but on any flight you can reasonably expect at least one person to be kinda motion sick or queasy or just flight nervous. It’s cool to be kind :) (and I know jeanelle is kind, but if anyone else needs different motivations, it’s no fun for you personally to be stuck on a plane with a sick and nauseated person).
Yeah if anyone dont want to smell the wonderful smell of vomit dont bring tuna on a plane :3
Cup noodles! You probably wouldn't believe but here in India, one of the airline companies- Indigo (which I frequently went with) actually sells these ready-to-eat foods to passengers, which includes cup noodles too. Although yeah it would still be "smelly" but it smells delish, unlese yes you don't want any food smelling at all in your flight
I love bringing instant / cup-o-ramen / especially dragonsnap PHO bowls and getting a cup of hot water (usually available if they serve tea) and making myself a bowl of warm noodles:)
Definitely hits the spot. BYO chop sticks unless you wanna ask a flight attendant if they have extra silverware
Water filters never get cleaned on plane never drink hot water on planes
I usually go to a Chinese bakery and get some buns and baos. They are tasty and travels well.
nuts really ARE NOT plane friendly, please consider fellow passengers with nut allergies
If you are sitting with people you know, it's not a big deal.
@@EspeonMistress00 the air is circulated within an enclosed space, it’s the same reason she didn’t eat the tuna.
people in the west are so sensitive😑
Don’t they sell them on a plane tho
@@arrow9474 most airlines banned selling them on planes fairly recently and also ask customers not to bring with them, although it is technically allowed
tuna + boiled eggs mmmmmmmmmm
Love your videos Ate Jeanelle! They give me so much comfort.
Berries, little crackers, cubed cheeses that don’t have a strong smell….. basically a charcuterie board ☺️. No peanuts or peanut butter though. People with peanut allergies could have an allergic reaction.
Delicious snacks 😋
Brownie cookies, your favourite chips, some chocolate, gummys or mixed berrys and nuts
Jeanelle: *doesn’t bring boiled eggs on the flight*
Me: whooo!
Jeanelle: “I brought a tuna sandwich”
Me: oh ffs
Well she didnt end up eating it, didnt leave if open either so wtf is this comment for?
😂
She didn’t eat it so???
@@toebag4286 to even think of bringing it in the first place is stupid enough.
@@kittencutie7074 she brought the worst alternative, that's y the comment is here.
She’s like “I didn’t have time to make several boiled eggs so I made a tuna sandwich instead!”
Everyone on that flight is glad you didn’t eat it though
fr. i’m at my wits end with this complete and utter lack of common sense and basic manners
@@mmmmmmmmaria she didn’t eat it, calm down
@@anti_fascist she still brought it, ur point? It is common sense to not bring something as such, they're completely right
@@salt5711 “uR pOinT” well my point is she still had the “decency” to not open it, y’all are so dramatic and act as if it’s the worst thing in the world. She didn’t pull up with a bomb tied to her - it was a sandwich she didn’t even eat. 🤷🏻♀️
@@anti_fascist you’re the one who needs to calm down
Make black rice, add into a sealed jar. Add coconut cream and cut up mango or apples. It's a favorite breakfast or mine but can be eaten anytime of the day. Another easy one is diced cheese, checkers of your choice, berries of your choice and some dried meats of your choice. Hawaiian sushi is good as well.
I was thinking: she read those comments and didn't bring boiled eggs this time. Good.
BRINGS TUNA SANDWICH.
Reminds me of my mom with her zippy baggies full of snacks and I love it!
How long are your flights that you have to bring so much food on every trip?
why in the world would you bring the world's stinkiest food onto an airplane 😭😭 you're the time of person I'd dread sitting next to on a flight
Jeanelle I love you but first eggs and now tuna 😭 Girl, on a plane
But she didn't ate it. Quit complaining
Here’s a recipe for peanut butter cookies that my friend showed me
1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of sugar
1 egg
Mix
Preheat oven to 350
Bake for 20 minutes and key cool for 30 minutes before taking them off the tray
Thanks.
Lol yea idk what you were thinking bringing tuna anywhere near an airport 😂🥴
I think a tortilla sandwich wrap could be delicious and easy. Other ideas are homemade protein balls, creamy overnight oats with chia seeds and optional topping, onigiri😊
Popcorn!
Tuna and eggs, no fly zone!!
Was that a protein cookie?? Looks interesting!
They ain't accepting Durian but a tuna sandwich oh lord
that cookie looks damp. i want it.
Lmao. Truth.
That's sm food i love it
I am the target audience for the thumbnail photo. Heck I’ve been makin these reallly nice snacks that are a lot like Clif and Luna bars out of leftover pulps if I make a juice and then I mix it with some nut butter, choco chips, some grain flours that can be consumed raw like oat or milled up cereals which are pre-cooked grains. It’s very similar to these bars, possibly healthier, but possibly much shorter shelf life. Would possibly last longer if they were cooked, baked like cookies, but nice raw. Good healthy fiber depending on what you’re using great way to eat leftover juicing pulps.
I love sky flakes❤️❤️
Biscoff cookies are goated!!! 🐐
What about people with NUT allergies? 😳🧐😕😱
They literally give out nuts on the plane lol
@@ElectricPansies actually many airlines fairly recently have banned nuts being sold on planes and ask that customers not bring nuts.
@@ElectricPansies lol Canadian flights wouldn't do that... we try to keep alot of places nut free in consideration of others who have sensitivity
If there are people on the plane with nut allergies thn they should probably let the flight attendant know about it before take off
You put in any severe allergies when you buy your ticket, I’m pretty sure the airline makes those accommodations. I don’t think they want a medical emergency to happen on a plane lol.
DIDNT EVEN REALIZE I WAS EARLY!!
SkyFlakes are sooooo good!
how long is the flight ? I rarely bring any food to my flight 😊
You should bring a tomahawk steak it's very small and compact for flights!
I have some ideas for you
1. P.j sandwich
2. Dried fuit (any kind)
3. Rice krispie
4. Chips
5. Chocolate chip cookie ( never gets old)
I hope you like my ideas love your videos keep it up ❤️✨
You can’t eat peanut butter on flights
@@lauryn-ashleyvandyke6022 i did some research on it you can take some peanut butter 😊
@@lauryn-ashleyvandyke6022 yes you can eat
I normally just got some blueberries and small fruit in small containers and I got some cookie. I like to bring my own fresh brew coffee as well because I don’t like airline coffee. Hence if I am in rush then I always grab random chocolate and biscuits from duty free. I am picky eater and I don’t like airline food😅
that was very considerate of you thinking twice on that sandwich in my opinion, you should never be able to bring fish or eggs(boiled) in my opinion on to any flight or even just to work/school , i hate the smell i could imagine everyone else in an office
Packed the essentials!
You are quite a snacker!
Why would you bring seafood on flight, especially tuna 😂
And what if she brought it. No big deal. You all eat salmon but have problem with people if they eat tuna. Pick a side
@@annadsouza6113 the comment says all seafood
Gummy’s and little doughnuts and chocolate milk
For sandwiches BLT or a sandwiches with whatever jam and/or jam i have . nutragrain granola bar, dried mango. Gummy( haribo my fav)
Check out ultra light hiker recipes for cold soak food,
Dried apricots/raisins are nice
I always bring granola bars, sandwiches, small baggies of gummies, hard candies, small bags of chips
Come on now!! You know you can’t bring seafood!! 😭😭
I literally hate the smell of tuna. I mean it tastes good but I'm extremely sensitive to strong scents.. If I was on that flight, I would have puked 😅
Costco sells this delicious Korean pork jerky. 😋
Blts pack pretty well is you eat them early on the trip.
Why would you bring Tuna and EGGS on a plane? Genuinely I'm just curious.
I love sky flake crackers we buy em by the box.. if you’re Islander you know lol
Protein bars and dried fruit are my go to for the plane.
Grapes are a good snack on planes
What I have learned from the comments: boiled eggs and tuna (sandwiches) have a smell
I’ve seen several people eat boiled eggs on planes and the air didn’t smell any different to me. My fiancé that hates eggs is also unaware of the smell
I’ve brought grapes and chocolate granola bars before but I should have brought more I was starving lol.
Ok so this is the simplest thing ever but you can't rlly go wrong with it. It's a sandwich with just ham and mayo and cheese if u want. Like I said simple but I enjoy it lol
Mmmmm sky flakes 😋
everyone patting themselves on their backs for their karen like behavior in the comment section of her last plane food video, and for no reason at all fjjchxjd. 😭😭
jeanelle is too nice
fr 💀 they’re so proud they bullied her for bringing food she likes
@@babyjki444 girl its not about being a karen or not its about common sense. Literally
I like to bring some hopia or a small pack of dried mangos
Mango 🥭!!!!!
For once I'm early lol ^^
i personally love dehydrated mango slices
Nothing, it’s only a couple of hours I don’t understand why would one need so many snacks
Nuts are a lifesaver for me!
Me seeing the first half second of the short
MANGOOOO
Yummmmie
I normally just bring some crackers mozzarella and cherry tomatoes for something savory but if there's something sweet I I packed a condensed milk sandwich with strawberries or mango
Condensed milk sandwich? Hmmm.
Can you do bak Chang in honor of moon cake festival ?
If it were me, I'd be avoiding nuts since it's a very common allergen where I am. And yeah... Tuna? Please! No tuna, egg salad, anything overly fragrant. I'm not sure how long your flights are, but I'd just have a granola bar or fruit
Dried mango and RXbars are usually packed in my carry on bag, I fly every 2 weeks to work and 2 later back home and it takes 2 flights both ways. Both those items still look the same if they get crushed in your bag which is what I like 👍 security is never gentle 🤭🫣
The cookie looks fake it’s so perfect
Zataar sandwich with cheese
