Love the fact you are using a Samsung/Android phone. Not everyone has or wants an Apple phone for various reasons. I like the open source enviornment and not being stuck with just one enviornment. My first uploads to CZcams were blurry and horrible. My cell phone does a better job. Hope to get more out of this camera(s).

Can you only do the reframing with the 360 lens or is that also able with the 4k boost lens? Because when i recorded some footage while riding my motorcycle and when I went into the studio app, I couldn't do that reframing, tiny planet thing?
The 360 lens while recording is looking around you in 360 degrees. So the tiny planet feature is available, when shooting with the 4k boost lens the camera is only recording straight forward. So no tiny planet feature.

you can try green screen and third party video editor, but there is no effect in the app to use green screen.

If we are using the standard lens for video footage, can we take a screen shot from the video or do we need to use the 360 lens to be able to do this? When we open the app we don't have the aspect ratio option on the screen like you do...
Yes you can take a snapshot from any video, whether it’s 360 or not. It’s the snapshot option in the editor
@@Best360 do you mean the overlay menu you get when viewing a video? We don't have the same options you appear to have on your phone, there is no aspect ration button or snapshot button - we have the latest version of the app but can't find it anywhere...
Yes, I just checked on my iPhone and you can snapshot any lens. It might be different on android

During set up it fails to find the wifi and pop-up a window telling me to enable the Wi-Fi setting. This was all the time enabled, but no camera name appears there to connect to with password 88888888. What to do now? Any idea?
Why have you set the sharpness to medium ?
I always let it on very high.
Very high is just too sharp and un-natural in my opinion. And less sharpening causes less artifacts in the video
I really like your videos. I have one issue with insta 360 one R. During editing the video start rotating and i need to add paper point in every frame means every second. The video is not stable as yours. What should i do with it. I am waiting for your response. Thank you.

Guys I need on my app the camera doesn’t even show up
Is the insta360 one x2 tied to a certain smartphone or a limited number of phones? Unfortunately it has to be activated & i hope that doesn't limit it.
Not that I know of, you can download the app to a different phone and be able to connect the camera. The app does work better on a high end phone, I have a note20ultra and have no issues. I also use it with an iPhone 12pro.
There are no limits
For your information... The Camera will not record longer videos than 30 Minutes. Reaching the time limit, it will stop, and then start a new recording. There will bi 10-15sec gaps between the recordings. I already sent mine back. It makes nice videos but not capable to record gapless is a nogo for me...
I'm still trying to get clearer videos with my RS. When I view it on my headset it doesn't look like it's 5.7. I don't understand
It's not suitable for VR. You need better resolution for it.

When I use the mic in this camera, the audio is dull and slow, whereas I have used different types of mics. When I use the same mic in a dslr or phone, then the best and clearest sound comes? Why ?
Insta360 cameras just don’t have good preamps for audio… unfortunately there is no workaround for this. I have given this feedback to improve audio quality to insta360 👍🏽

Try the Facebook groups for solutions. Many people have had similar issues and posted solutions there
One R claimed 5m waterproof, but in 3m it got damaged. Repair out of warranty in India was equal to the new purchase. The Core of One RS is costing Rs.21,000, where I can get the new One RS at Rs.29,500. Where the company is indirectly encouraging to buy a new camera instead of repairing or buying one single half.
It sucks that it allows you to record and 5.7 K yet you can only export in 1080. So annoying.
Insta360 ONE RS after first day of use ...... "Error Code: -14171. Please confirm that wifi is turned on in phone settings". Solutions: 1) «I already went back to the dealer to replace the defective unit. Thanks!»
2) «They replaced my unit. Old unit is defective. New unit seems to work fine with no problems so far. Hope this helps!» 3) «At first, i went to the place where i bought it, but they asked me to go to the distributor's office. Inspection took only about 15-20 mins. After that, they decided to replace my unit»
