Hi Anelisa, The LPGSA suggestion is to first turn off your panels, by moving the selector switch to the off position. Thereafter you should ensure that your gas cylinder is closed tightly, at the value. Kind regards The Totai Team

I have had my heater for a year now and now it gives a flame that switches off very quickly.. what could be the problem?
Do I need to open and close the gas cylinder everytime? I have a gas stove as well and I never needed to open and close the cylinder with every use.
Hi, thank you for your enquiry. Yes you are required to close your cylinder after you use it.
Do you first switch off the cylinder then the off knob or it doesn’t matter which one you switch off first?

@@shalottesam8229 carbon monoxide poisoning, as it isn’t going up a chimney it needs air to escape, always use a carbon monoxide detector in the room
