Ahhhhh, I'm really wanting to do a project like this now too. That looks SO good!
The truck I mean, not the trees. That just looks exhausting to put in that many trees

Thank you! And yes, the trees were exhausting

You need a hardened steel makers mark to stamp the frame with.

I've heard the urethane body bushings make a street driven truck feel terrible. I bought the rubber set for my 04 2wd silverado, they were pretty expensive, but I feel it was the better replacement over the urethane bushings. Also the bilstien front and rear shocks the silver ones made the truck feel so much smoother verses the yellow moneros that were on it. Can't wait to see how this show truck progresses 👍

I've heard that as well, but I already have urethane body mount bushings in my 4x4 2007 classic rcsb and it doesn't feel or ride any different from my other one with oem rubber bushings in it. I'm sure it's probably more dependent on experience, but to me the urethane doesn't feel any different and is substantially less expensive than OEM replacements, and according to the internet, more durable, I guess we'll see about that in 20 years or so. lol
Thank you! It's coming along and I'm gaining some momentum now that there's light at the end of the tunnel.

They make stainless steel zip ties that look a little better than hose clamps🙃
