FERROSEED INCENSE DAY COULD BE BETTER!! This Upcoming Pokémon GO Event Needs Some Tweaks!

- Niantic has announced that a Ferroseed Incense Day will be happening at the end of this month in Pokémon GO. While I do have some excitement for this event, I feel like it, along with every Incense Day, could use some improvements. In this video, I will be going over the details for Ferroseed Incense Day, and how I would like to see this event and future Incense events improve moving forward!

I definitely don’t look forward to these days like I do raid days and comm days but I’ll play if I’m able to. I definitely don’t set aside time to do it though.
Glad this is useful for those who care about PvP cause for everyone else, this is largely a waste of time. Shiny Ferroseed has been in the game for a long time and this pokemon has had many previous events increasing the odds of finding a shiny. So ultimately this is a waste of time for most others who likely already have this.

There’s some things to mention here is that even tho players live in rural areas, I think it’s best for Niantic to turn on the 1 min stationary incense that are effected by Daily Adventure Incense and Incense so that rural players can take an advantage to get Shiny Ferroseed and other grass and steel type Pokémon from 1/64 Shiny Odds and that way Incense Day won’t be a disappointment.
I think just waiting for 5 mins for Pokémon to spawn from Incense and Daily Adventure Incense are not really gonna help out a lot for the grass and steel spawns with Ferroseed to spawn faster just feels lackluster and just not getting enough Shinies at this point during the 1/64 Shiny Rate

Having that bonus for the daily adventure incense is nice but if ferroseed doesn't have increased chances to appear on it compared to the regular incense then what's the point? Probably the best way to take advantage of this bonus is wait until near the end then put the daily incense on, unless you've gotten plenty of shiny ferroseed early on then you could just use the daily incense sooner.
Personally going hard / looking forward to this event - looking past Ferroseed potentially not being a guaranteed spawn being the poster child of the event (holding my breath at the spawn rate, I don't have a shiny yet lol); there's still alot of mons to look forward to catching imo. Phantump, Shieldon, Magnemite, Beldum and Togedemaru. All that I desperately need candies for GBL and raid attacker Metagross. Also overlooked but least this event is do-able for rural players such as myself for once. I sigh whenever there's a research event and there's no stops lol

@@alpha0090 howdy, yes! I just started pvp this season haha I've only peaked at 2700 & since the biome update I've lagged nonstop but I always try to collect mons I know are meta enough to run and this event has quite a few!

Has nothing to do with THIS video, but I wish abilities like Roar of Time affected friends during Party Play. That would give incentive to the use of two features in tandem.

Heads up that while the daily incense doubles in duration this event, it does not attract the featured incenss spawns (it didn't during Skorupi incense day) just so nobody is stuck for 30 minutes

Seems like the same inspiration for the recent Flock Together Day was used here. I didn't like that the wild birds weren't really featured... they were just there as additional spawns. Seems like the same idea for Ferroseed... here's Ferroseed, but here's also a whole bunch of other things that will be incensed. That and the lack of double incense is very disheartening... there's nothing I really want in Grass so I might just skip those hours after the first and focus on steel only. Beldum and Aron are key there. Not expecting too much, but still, this could have been much better.
At least for the flock together research day, there was a 1/10 shiny rate from the research so that’s as good of a shot as you’ll have to get a shundo. This event is just too scattered. I’m also only interested in Beldum, Aron, and Ferroseed but they’re only featured every other hour and it looks like they’re only spawning off the incense so you will only get 1 spawn a minute.

Being negative the game is ass lately idk why people defend this game so hard when it is stale and bugs out glitches constantly with frame drops they make a update and the game lags you out or kicks you out and can't login for how long without no information on why it is happening no fixing nothing just when they feel like it. But people wanna praise and think all fine and dandy battle league is Astroious right now with bad lag not one word on fixing or anything the avatar update. Yeah so it is kinda hard to hyped about a game when all that happens. He is a content creator that speaking his mind about a game that can be ass at times and all you im sure had the same feeling at one point to this game.
