- Here in this Video i explained that why it is dangerous to install fake products like engine cooler,Engine Radiators in your Motorcycles and Scooters.Many people are interested in Installing Additional oil cooler in Air Cooled Engine.Adding Oil cooler in Air cooled engine with the same old oil pump may lead to reduced oil pressure and hence low lubricating oil to the different parts of the engine. Parts will start wearing without sufficient supply of lubricating oil.
If your Engine is Really Overheating then these useless Modifications are not going to solve the overheating issue of Engine.
Try to find out the Real reason behind Engine Overheating Like Weak or Damaged oil filter,clogged Oil filter,Blocked Oil passages etc.

Sir can we used synthetic engine oil in 100cc herohond passions plus bike because I used for long rides (500)kms in a day.(so I think to add oil cooler in it.) Weather is nearly(30 -34)degrees centigrade normally but in summer at reachs (45-48)degrees.
I drive at a crusing speed of 55 kmps on highway.Givestop for bike in every 80 kms .
(Nearly 230 kgs of weight on it).???
Sir now what is your opinion about (oil coller and synthetic engine oil in 100cc bike)with above mentioned are my limitatins.🙏🙏

Bro if I am not wrong, the slipper clutch from apache 200 will fit in honda unicorn150. if so please make a video. many will be benifitted. I live in a different country so the parts arent available here. so I cant do the experiment

Keep the bottom of oil sump clean.
You can install aluminium heat sink (used in respberry pi) on oil sump as well as engine fins by using thermal tape.

Oil coolers doesn't cool the engine but it cools down the engine oil to maintain the viscosity.
But it in other way also cools engine as heat is transferred through oil

Sir great information but 150 cc engines of different company produces different BHP but we may not like the design or sound or comfort or to make bike look unique then comes into mind modification... I have unicorn 150 and I am aggressive rider, engine heat issue persists inspite of regular self maintenance performance engine oil. Engineer would have made by keeping a specific target in mind now when our target does not coinside with engineer target problems are bound to come. If you can understand this gap and make videos trust me pinnacle is the limit.

मेरे पास बजाज सीटी 100 बाइक है उसकी एक पतली सी पाइप ऑइल पंप से निकल के टेपेड में जाती है दुसरी बाइक कि ये वाली पाइप बॉडी के अंदर होती है लेकिन सीटी में ये पाइप बाहर है तो मैने ऑइल कूलर लगाया क्यों की में बाइक बहुत तेज चलता हूं और हमारे यहां गर्मी भी 50सी के करीब होती है तो बाइक गरम हो जाती थी तो मैने पंप वाली पाइप काट है कूलर में लगा दी और दूसरी ऑर से दूसरी पाइप कूलर से तेपेट में लगा दी अब जितना भी ऑयल टेपेट पे जाता है वो कूलर से ठंडा होके जाता है पहले जब में बाइक भागता था तो गरम होने के बाद टेपेड से गुर गुर आवाज आती थी क्यों की ऑयल गरम होने की वजह से तेपेड आवाज करने लगते थे लेकिन कूलर लगाने के बाद आवाज बिल्कुल बंध हो गई और पहले इंजन गरम होता था तो ऑयल जलने की बदबू आती थी लेकिन अब बदबू भी नहीं आती और बाइक पहले से बहुत बढ़िया चलती है... आप कुछ भी कहे मगर कूलर से बहुत ज्यादा फर्क पड़ता है मेरा मानना तो है कि कूलर छोटी बाइक में ही देना चाहिए क्यों की हम एक 50किम चलने वाली बाइक को कुछ दिनों बाद 80 पे भगाने लगते है
