How I Organize/Use Serato

- Here is the first of many videos to come encompassing all things DJing! I decided to kick things off with how I set up my Serato library to properly execute when I DJ. Preparation is extremely important from a performance perspective and I hope you gain some new knowledge from this video. I was playing some tracks in single deck mode with the autoplay on and it got to 1 track that kept playing on and on after the song was done so i hv no idea why that happened, if u can help explain it would be great. Also i don't get what is the purpose of having the 'Ghost' cue as u hv it.

Great video! Question: How do you get the cuepoints to skip? You have que points stop and ghost, with the cue points in the middle empty. Everytime I try to do that it just does the cue points in order. For example: I click cue point 1 for intro and click the last cue point for outro, but serato only uses cue points 1 and 2, instead of 1 and 8.
Hey Michael. Not sure if you got the answer already, but you just need to go into the DJ Preferences - Control Preferences - and uncheck the "Sort Cues and Loops Chronologically".
