I actually paused this video at its 28th second (read commercial break) and rushed to grab a pen and paper. Didn't wanna miss any point. Totally worth it.

Your 20s define your 30s, 30s your 40s and so on. Paying the price (hard work) is inevitable, either when in your 20s or later on life which will be catching up. Delayed gratification seems sweeter.

Great lesson! The world operates within certain principles. One of them is you reap the seeds you plant; you cannot harvest an avocado when you planted an apple. In the same way, you reap from your 30s and 40s what you planted in your 20s, laws of nature

like the work hard for quality drinks/life later. But I like remembering those cheap wines in beer like bottles made in Naivasha...what was the name?....with a bird logo.
yes, Its really about maxing on opportunities and not acting as though one has arrived with the first job

Well to be honest, i learnt that a little late into my 20's but it still makes no sense when young staff leave work early, even leaving their older colleagues with families, to go do what, hang out on a Monday to Thursday, really? You are spending pennies you don't have on stuff you don't need while also living at home with your parents.
