I used to work for AT&T cellphone technical support. I backhanded a co-worker who said it had been an easy day when there was 2 hours left on my shift. Less than 15 minutes later, Boeing IT called and my team manager asked the whole team to stay for Overtime. I didn't leave until I wasn't legally allowed to work any longer and didn't talk to that coworker for a week. 😂😂😂 great paycheck though.

Was on a road trip with some friends, one is a 911 operator, and the other is a EMT driver, both are off duty obviously and their talking about how the Q word is taboo while on shift and i blurted out. "Oh, quiet." Both looked at me with legitimate anger, but then suddenly remembered their not working 😂😂😂 yeah don't say that around emergency personnel 😂

This is so true my mom works in the ICU and one night I was taken to the ER for severe asthma symptoms that my inhaler wasn’t helping the workers barely did any testing even though my mother told them what to test for and went to release me while I was still barely getting oxygen my mom looked the nurse discharging me dead in the eyes and said I hope you have a quiet night the look of horror my mom told me they have never received so many requests for emergency help in the ER before that night😂
You're in the movie if you think it's too quiet or you can say at least it's not raining or if I can't get any worse or anything like that. It's anxiety, you just have to be prepared when you're on a job like that.

I just looked at her and said I completely understand if you accidentally locked the paramedic in the supply room. Staie a deep breath. Repeat no one dies tonight. Got her laughing as she wheeled me out to the parking lot that was starting to fill. The paramedic was on everyone's sh*it list for a long time.

The "Q" word is also a curse in fast food. My friend took me to work and stopped in to get a soda. Well she said she hoped i had a "Q" shift. The entire crew shouted "NOOO!" I clock in and 5 minutes later we were slammed. It did not slow down until 15 minutes befor i was scheduled to leave. For time frame my shift was 5 to 9. 5:05 we got slammed. 8:45 it starts to slow down. I clocked out at 9. When i came in the next day i was told that around 9:10 it went completely dead until close.😅
