- For 30 eggs
16 cups water
2 cups salt
In a saucepan, dissolve the salt in boiling water and let it cool down completely.
Once cold enough, pour your brine solution over your eggs and make sure the egg should be completely submerged with the water.
Store the jar in room temperature and leave them in the brine for 25 to 30 days.
Boil the eggs for 20 minutes.

Ps, pinakuluan ko po pala ng 1 hr in low heat. Yung unang gawa ko po kasing 20 mins, kulang yung paglalangis nya at di pa gaano luto yung yellow part. But all else was followed.🤗🤗🤗

20 daw po if gusto mo 30 minits na para sure lutong luto wala naman sigurong problema po hahay ako kasi diko binibilang minuto tantia nalang po sa akin
