How to Make Salted Eggs Easily - Deliciously Oily
Ingredients:
12 pcs - Duck Eggs
3 pcs - Chicken Eggs
1 pc - egg Container
1 pc - sealed plastic bag to press down the eggs
Salted Eggs Solution:
8 cups - water
1 & 1/2 cups - coarse Salt
2 tbsp - black Peppercorns
1/2 cup - brown Sugar
3 TO 6 Weeks Fermentation time
Eggs boiling time: high fire till boiling then, set to lowest fire for 45minutes

@@saguittarius583No available duck eggs here sa U.S. so I use chicken eggs. It's salted so it takes like a month or more di masisira & safer to keep it refrigerated to last longer.

Hi Thank you for this recipe. Before I made also salted eggs. Since I can't find ducks eggs here. I used chicken eggs. But I saw that ducks eggs are more oily than the chicken eggs.

Tuwang-tuwa po ako sa style niyo ng pagturo. Deretsong Tagalog at malinaw. Noong nasa kolehiyo pa ako sa Pilipinas, turo ng professor sa aming mga estudyante ay, "Speak either straight English or straight Tagalog. It's classy." Hindi ko nakalimutan iyon. Mas maganda nga kung hindi Taglish.

@@theaandreabo7395Itlog ng manok ang ginamit ko. Sinunod ko yung instructions. Nagmamantika siya at masarap kahit na galing pa lang sa fridge. Ang gagawin ko sa susunod ay babawasan ko ng asin. Siguro 1/4 cup ang ibabawas ko. (Yun ang sa aking panlasa.)
Ang isa pang gagawin ko sa susunod ay iisa-isahin ko ang bawat itlog para siguraduhin na makapal ang balat dahil nung pangalawang araw napansin ko dalawa ang nabasag. Tinanggal ko yung dalawa. Naisip ko masyadong manipis yung shell. Isip ko lang. Kaya sa susunod, subukan ko gamitin organic at extra large size. (Jumbo size kasi yung ginamit ko.) Baka mas makapal ang shell.

Ang sarap paborito ko talaga itlog ng maalat ..salamat poh s for sharing ...ngayun pwede ko n gawin yan pr d nku bumili s labas ...salamat
Masyado na pong matagal ang 6 weeks di nu po kailangan maghintay mg ganun katagal para magmantika ang itlog 18 days lang po ang pagbuburo ng itlog tapos isang oras nung lulutuin pag kumulo na mahinang apoy nalang para magmantika na siya. Hindi po yan 6 weeks na masyado na po kayu matagal actually pag nareach na rin ng itlog ang dami ng asin hindi na din po yan mag aabsor ng alat osmosis po ang process na yun

Thanks for sharing your recipe but why have to boil for 45 mins ! I normally boil them for 10 mins as eggs can be cooked easily as it is not chicken,
the procedure of boiling it for 45 minutes in low fire is what makes its yolk really oily Rebeccaâ€
