feeling lost/confused/unmotivated? you're not alone [FR/EN]

How i've been feeling the past month... but now i'm fully back on my feet and with new lessons to share!! The footage is mostly from traveling in france during the xmas holidays, visiting friends and family (so that's what i've been up to recently hihi). I hope you enjoy the french & english mix, i realize i feel much more authentic when i mix both language.

I directly noticed you were French because I am!!! I think I'll follow you because I feel like I need peace. I personally lost my best friend, had emotional shocks and I struggle with my ADHD, then we told me (a psychologist) that I was in a depressive estate, well all of this is a lot for me and I need positivity so thank you for this.
