Wish they would revisit this plane and update some stuff. Especially the bomb holders and the guns that you can screw on. It's a beautiful plane and a great flying plane. Nice build video Wesley. Love to see a build video on Nexa P38. I've heard some say there's not enough room under the canopy for the receiver, gyro, and GPS if you want one.
The gear look weak as well
Upgrade the gear and Dubro No Bounce Tires. They're not weak as long as you land every landing on the number. It's a great plane but outdated. Just worry about gear and tires you'll be just fine.
Shes a beauty looking and flying plane. Would prefer to do my own decals though!

I am so glad this updated build video just came out. Was considering the P-38 or B-25
Got my third one for Christmas this year (crashed the other two). love the way it flies and looks in the air. FYI, the blue box is necessary for timing of the gear doors and landing gear (it also turns on the landing light).
The up grades for this plane make it even better . I would suggest them.
Great job i have one myself from Motion and upgraded the props, engines and gear. Flys great.
Great build video Wes. I think it would be a nightmare if you did not get the wiring right the first time. But take your time. Plugging in the rudders to the aileron ports on the blue box is kinda weird. I still want one though. Thanks
You could plug the ailerons in there and Y the rudder but i personally like going straight into the receiver with the ailerons.

I purchased one of these when they first came out. Great plane and a joy to fly, probably biggest complaint however is the wing tips, kind of a pain to take off and on as that’s the only way I can get it to fit in my vehicle.

Nice video, Wes! You mentioned ESC calibration, but didn‘t pick up on this later on… Is it as easy as powering up the plane while the throttle stick is in full up position and then bringing it down within a couple of seconds to make them calibrate and arm, or is there signal that you need to wait for?

The trick is you have to plug them both in at the same time so you need a helper
Can inhave a 6 channel receiver?
How do you calibrate the esc?

We sell it here at MotionRC it’s the Tamiya Grand hauler but Wes painted his orange they come in black or white.
