I'm not into the Minecraft theme much, but sometimes there's a set with great colors, great creature/mob builds that I have to have it. This is one of those sets. The one with the pufferfish, the bigfig pig, the redstone battle set are the others. I'm considering buying the fox lodge.
I can recommend the fox lodge, i bought it for my brother who is very much into minecraft and i can tell you its one of the best big animal builds so far, even the figs and mobs are good. You cant go wrong with it
I think if you rotate the base of the Guardians a 45°, it'll probably have an easier time to not fall over.
What a great set! Love they added 3 different axolotl colours, including the rare (in game) blue version. If that was locked to a big set I imagine it would've ended up being verrry expensive!
Those axolotls are the best things ever
This set is an instant buy once I find it on shelves. $25 for a slew of both exclusive and hard to find stuff. The amount of things they included here is insane to me.

I was kinda hoping the Glow Squid had glow-in-the-dark elements instead of the spring green ones, but that's a minor nitpick on an already decent set.
This is a perfect compliment to the coral reef set from last year!
This., This is a great set. No complicated gimmic, just solid builds and cool animals with one unique mold.
I'm not into Minecraft, but I really like that this set has so many rare colors and parts; I would get this just to use it for the parts!
I like the variety of sea stuff here. Also expansions for the water temple ofc.
Such a good set. Comes with 6 mobs and it’s not insanely priced, I’ll grab as many as I can.

I love this set - it is my favorite set compared to the price for this wave of Minecraft sets. The guardians looks fantastic. Combine it with the Coral Reef set from last year and you'll have a great looking underwater display.
They go rather well with the ocean monument too if you set them up right

In France, we get slight misaligned prints from time to time, but our major problem is opacity. Bright colors never look how they're intended to look, and flesh colored prints very rarely match their counterpart colored pieces.
Am I crazy, or is that a new mold for the trident? I thought the prongs used to be much larger, but maybe that was a different thing altogether?
I bought this just for the glow squid. I regret nothing. Glow squids are my favorite.
I live in the UK and although I don't collect the Minecraft sets I find that generally the prints on minifigures are similar to what you show there in the US. White or lighter colour prints (red, yellow, light nougat) are regularly too thinly applied and the plastic colour is visible through it. It can be quite disappointing sometimes

I must be the only LEGO minecraft fan who doesn’t care about the mobs
ngl i thought the player character was a drowned
Despite my love for underwater stuff, I find myself completely dispassionate in Minecraft underwater stuff. Only thing I want is a regular squid, so far only available in the big Ocean Monument set from 2017. I'm terrified of guardians so have no motivation to build them. Only thing in this set that interests me are the axolotls but they're not a must-have for me. I didn't bother with the Coral Reef set from last year either. I hope they make more "mob packs" like this, perhaps with Nether mobs and with early-game livestock mobs.

I love lego but doesn't it feel like they're slowly charging more and more for less lego? this set only has 255 pieces and it's 25$, that to me is a bit pricy and is really the main reason I don't buy lego anymore.
That is honestly on and off. It depends on the theme too. There are a lot of overpriced and a lot of well priced sets
So Americas now have to pay more for LEGO and get horrible quality from the Mexico plant?
