Why are you so conservative about putting salt in the egg fritters only because you have put salt while boiling eggs? 2. If you have to mash up the eggs, why go you want to hard boil it? Wouldn't it be easier to mash it when it's a bit softer? 3. How about adding a little bit of lemon juice while making egg 65?
1) The most common reason to add salt to water when hard boiling an egg is to the increase the temperature of the water for better cooking. also salted water prevents an egg from cracking.

This is so awesome. The restaurant that I love serves gobi manchurian which looks so similar to this. I’m a vegetarian and on a very specific diet from my doctor. I have got to figure out how to make this egg version with a different flour and zero sugar. I truly miss sugar but having a seizure isn’t worth it. Any ideas for a flour substitution like almond flour or coconut flour?
Hy vasanta.mash those egg yolks with butter and little bit of finely mashed potato ,little bit chopped coriander and green chilli and spread it on toast. It will also be yummmillicius.dont forget to add salt and pepper ☺️

We just tried ur recipe. It was fantastic spicy for this cold weather. Added chilli sauce instead of tomato in the end and the result is spicy egg 65 🥚🌶️👌

I tried the curry dish for the first time and I was shell shocked when I strained the gravy though the sieve. I never though it would turn out so good. I must learn to regulate how much spice I use because I added extra and it was hot hot. I look forward to more videos :) ty!
Hi chef, I don't know if your gonna read this...but I tried a vegan version of the egg 65 using tofu. I used besan for binding instead of egg... And I must tell u, it was pretty good..thank you so much! I blindly trust your recipes... So it would be really awesome if you u could show us some vegan Indian specials. Thank you in advance!

Make a gravy from that it's so tasty

Crumble it with mayonnaise and spread on a toast.
Sprinkle on a salad
Make an anda bhurji with just the yolks.
Make a quick roll with it. So may ways!
