I love green beans cooked like this.... so comforting! We often would have this as a side for dinner and heck, I even ate it just for supper and that was it LOL Just can't go wrong with fresh cooking and especially if it brings back memories of yesteryear! Great video, Mike. You way is not that far off from my own. The main difference is while I use bacon.... I also cook some ham hock up in there as well. I will have to throw some taters in mine next time also. Keep these vids coming, brother :)
