  • As Garrett scans his mental hard drive for an inventive play, the spot he's been dealt is anything but fortunate. There's not much hope with Han already all-in and Andy with pocket queens. But Garrett confidently ups the stakes with a $101,000 raise, bringing the pot to a whopping $239,300! Will his decision pay off? It's almost too tense to bear - don't miss out on all this alluring action!

    Can't blame andy for folding that QQ. He looked so disappointed with himself for folding that after seeing the cards. Garret's raise to 101k is specifically designed to make andy fold. He probably thought han was bluffing and he was correct. Unfortunately, han was bluffing with a better hand than him.

      Garrett is normally a good player, but he just made a bad play there. If he hadn't re-raised, Andy's calling. There was no reason Garrett shoulda put money in that pot after the action on the turn. He was *at best* breaking even over long term EV. He may just have been making a move for the show, IDK, but it was honestly such a bad play on his part.

    I didn’t understand Garett’s raise to $106k on a flush draw, when Andy bets $25K (representing a good hand), Han goes all-in for $66K (representing a good hand). The only way that Garrett can profit is if he rivers the flush and can bet against Andy but bluffs Andy to fold after turn isolating the Hans 2nd best winning hand.
    Only way this make sense is if Garrett put Han’s all-in on a draw and want to bluff Andy out of the winning hand.

    • @polycadence8482
      @polycadence8482 Před rokem +4

      Wrong, that was a perfect play by Garrett to isolate and get Andy to fold. Garrett knows Andy was likely ahead but with 2 All Ins, Andy has a history of Folding. Garrett knows how Andy plays.

    • @Pearlxr8MC
      @Pearlxr8MC Před rokem +8

      @@polycadence8482 but by folding out andy he is still more than likely behind Han. Doesn't matter if he folds out Andy? This also makes sense as to why Andy would be more inclined to fold. I think GA made a mistake here.

    • @juni4505
      @juni4505 Před rokem +3

      Yea theres almost no point to fold out Andy here.
      You miss ur draw on the river you lose to Hans anyway.
      You make a flush on the river you wanna get paid by someone, in this instance "Andy" since hes the only player left in the hand with chips still left to play for.
