Hi, thank you so much for this video. I have the same bed for my daughter, too. Do you still have the user manual? We moved and I have lost my manual. I called DHP but they won't send me a manual unless I supply a model # (I can't find one since I am legally blind). Hoping you might be able to help. Thank you if you do/can.
