We are going to take this plain white bedroom and with the magic of paint, a new epic loft bed complete with staircase, a helpful and functional Mr. Kate Moon bed, the brand new Mr. Kate Terazzo Desk and a fun LED Cloud DIY, the before and after reveal is going to be extreme, extremely beautiful that is. This is the second bedroom makeover we've done for the @MazeLee family, this time for older teenager Amyah and younger sister Arazo. So sweet! I love that the 16 year old is so gracious towards her little sister. Also, I'm glad she likes youthful items and looks like a teenager. It's refreshing to see a youth who looks their age and isn't afraid to be an individual.

Moon is such a smart, sweet little boy! He's not yet 2 and he's talking really well, he's super coordinated, and seems to have very good emotional intelligence (I know it's edited so we don't see tantrums, but he seems very patient and kind). You guys made a good little human there!

I would hate being 16 and sharing my room with a 9 year old sibling. That’s just me but that’s when my teen angst was at its prime lmao
I am 17 and I share a room with an 8 year old and it isn’t horrible. I have been sharing a room with her for the past 6 years too. We actually have the same bed situation with the stairs and everything and, even though she is annoying and a mess, it’s not too bad. She hangs out downstairs mainly and she just sleeps and keeps her clothes in there tbh. It’s doable. But I would prefer my own room for sure.
With there being 7 kids, they probably have figured out which ones can cohabit best. Im sure biger kids would want their own rooms, but it probably is'nt possible. I think Kate and Joey did a great job for them both to have their own little space in the room.
Same. I’m 9 years older than my brother and 16 years older than my youngest brother. I couldn’t imagine sharing with either of them, logistics and legalities of girls and boys sharing rooms aside. I also couldn’t imagine them sharing either
Sharing a room can be frustrating some times, but I think it can be good way to improve people’s tolerance and ability to share with others^^
There are parts of the world where entire families share only one room and are perfectly happy with one another. You just ooze privilege.

This Made Me So Happy. Now I Have My Own Apartment With My Boyfriend But When It Was Not That Long Ago I Shared A Room With My Little Sister It Was Tough But I Enjoyed It. We Are 8 Years Apart And She's Gonna Be 18 Next Month But I'll Never Forget When I Had To Share A Room With Her. It Is An Extra Special Memory For Me.

I love that they each have separate spaces in the room that reflect their age and interests, as well as STUNNING shared spaces! The wallpaper, bed, and sconces really make the bottom half of the room look more grown up.
