Great tip with adding water a little bit at a time, I'd probably pour the entire thing at once and wonder why it doesn't taste as flavorful, lol. Me and my husband usually get one bowl of jjajang and jampong and split them, best of both worlds!

My absolute favorite! kimchi jjigae is a close second especially when I'm sick, but Jjamppong is the KING! I also like some fresh raw onion on top for crunch.
