This is a Sunny Truck (DATSUN 1200 latter term) vehicle brought to the racing service Aoyagi in Fukuoka, Japan.

I am nobody in car engine, but can someone help me out what's the name of the part that he hold at 4:03 that looks like long metal rod ??? I have my dad's car sitting in his garage back in my hometown for over 5 years now, one day he told me that the one that is broke is that part. Now live in bigger city maybe I can find the replacement part for it.

Those are rocker arms and shafts. From 4:03 onwards, they are fixed to the head and bolted with 2.2 kilos of torque. And from 4:54 onwards, a rod called a pushrod has already been inserted into the head to move the rocker arm.
The pushrod is connected to a component called a valve lifter. The valve lifter is mounted on the camshaft, and when the camshaft rotates, the valve lifter is pushed up and down, and the push rod moves up and down accordingly, which activates the rocker arm and moves the valve.
