Hangar 9 brings one of the primary trainers used in World War II designed for RC sport and scale pilots looking to transition from foam models to balsa. Although not a trainer, RC pilots with a bit of time behind the sticks will love how the new Hangar 9® Fun Scale PT-19 PNP handles in the air. Foam RC pilots will be familiar with the PT-19 brushless outrunner power system, enjoy a wide variety of battery options, and easy field assembly. It features lightweight balsa and plywood construction and is finished in genuine UltraCote® that’s long-lasting and easy to maintain. The two-piece, bolt-on wings allow for convenient transportation and setup. Pilots can be ready to fly in less time than it takes to charge a battery. At the workbench, the PT-19 assembly is easy, with only standard tools needed. All you need to do is bolt the model together, install the receiver, charge a battery and fly. The new Hangar 9® Fun Scale PT-19 PNP is a balsa model with outstanding sport-plane flying characteristics at a great value.

Yes! Make Balsa Great Again! Keep it up 😊
Beautiful plane. Hanger 9 has had the nicest balsa planes for years. Well done.
Looks fun! Now all we need is a hanger 9 habu or something to that nature. Pwease 🤞😅
Trending back to balsa wood and winters of building. I can't say I didn't see it coming
great looking plane!!!
Thank you.
HH does it again with Another Amazing Aircraft!
Nice! Dad learned how to fly in a PT-19. Got a pic of him standing next to it. Then he flew P-47s & P-38s in combat for 60 missions. Nice flying, BTW! Great demo of the plane's broad flight-envelope - and those were some sweet 3-point greaser landings! 👍
Beautiful! Nice work Horizon. Looks like a winner
Amazing looking plane just love it
Flying smoothly 🥰👏
Nice 👍
Great Video! Congratulations.

long time ago when i was a little boy and my dad with me go to the park...
used 2 wired with a hand control COX engine model airplane...
same color blue = yellow
This is exactly what i did, back in 1970 i flew the Cox PT 19 with success, then i had the P 40 Warhawk...i own now this nice Hangar 9 PT 19...same appeal, same excellent flight behavior...an outstanding advanced trainer.
Now you need to re-release Eflites version of the pt19!

How about a p51
9일전 비행기를.
What do you need 6 channels for? 1 motor, 1 elevator, 1 rudder, 2 ailerons - that's only 5 in total.
You need upwards of 6 or even 7 channels if you utilize SAFE Select and/or motor/thrust reversing (those each require a separate channel in the transmitter). Or you can y-harness the aileron servos together to fly this model with as few as 4 channels (or 5 channels if you plug the aileron servos into separate channels...which also allows you to utilize flaperons as well).
