I had one installed yesterday while I was at work. It has a rubber flap under the door in front and the door will only open halfway. Any ideas on this? I saw nothing about this in the manual.

@@arunc4248 not at all bro.. It has got a plastic base and even the quality of the product is not upto the mark. I was lucky to receive a damaged product and hence my return was eligible. Later I purchased voltas beko 14 place dishwasher and it has been a great purchase. It's performance and quality is on par to bosch dishwasher. If you are planning to buy one go ahead with voltas beko Or any turkey manufactured dishwasher not the Chinese one like midea faber kaff etc because they are not quality products and you would definitely regret it after buying. Good luck.

It has got a stainless steel base too which is not even provided in bosch also. In simple words if we are getting good cleaning at lower price with good built quality and brand why pay more. Rest is your choice. This is my experience with voltas beko and I am happy customer with its price built quality and performance. At last if you are buying it use fortune detergent along with 35 degree program. This detergent is available at cheaper price and is very efficient. I have used finish ifb and fortune. It works like charm. Good luck.

We have recently brought this but it leaves white patches and some dark patches on the dishes. Are there any tips and tricks used ? Which program was selected ? I tried P1 and P2 P3 with no luck

Total 5 programs are there...1 program is best and it takes 1 hr time... remaining 2 programs takes 3 hrs time

By the way our hardness level could be around 700 so is there any special softeners to use?
Set hardness to H6. And fill salt container with 1.5kgs of dishwasher salt.
