    I'm korean and korea's education system is one example of brain cell die by too much information overloaded as this video suggest one of the possibilities. As this video said, challenging will give you growth, but too much overloading-like someone have to study 13 or more hours a day for several years about unwanted knowledge passively since your early life- will give your brain cell silence.

    • @SuryanshTutorials
      @SuryanshTutorials Před 3 lety +15

      Its not about collecting and storing information but more about overloading through problem solving and solving tough problems, understanding them deeply, reflecting on those and then again solve other challenging problems...
      This creates frameworks and ignites creativity which are actually useful irl... Thus even a person will feel 'smarter' and actually process information a lot faster... Idk but this happened to me...

    Great really enjoyed. Always wanted to jump my IQ. [20 points is a lot] Just two days ago in fact, I got out of the pervasive state on an editing program I've been struggling with for a long time, and all of a sudden, problems I've had with it cleared up, people who helped or I brainstormed with were suddenly in sync and the answers came, made sense. Can now apply.
    Edit: (Just want to add something here. I do not think my IQ moved up 20 points in two days. What I mean to say is: If one keeps/works at it, suddenly [or should I say eventually] it clicks) What I want(20 pts) and what actually happened, are two different events. If one let's information sit for a while, it eventually works, is my point.

      @fromthepeanutgallery1084 Před rokem +2

      @@ShailjaDixit-hv4de Wow. It's been a while had to rethink this. Here it is: Information can take a while to digest, (give it time) especially if it comes from a lot of sources, or it's a lot of information. Be "aware" that it's going to take time so, instead of saying/thinking to yourself: "I CAN'T do this". Better to say/think: "I CAN do this (but it needs time to digest)" and one day suddenly things that you struggle with become easier, or easy. And the more one does it the easier and quicker it happens.
      In other words never put yourself, or your mind down, give it the time it needs to digest the information. Question yourself after having put in the information or the data into your mind: "What do I need to do to solve this issue?" Sometimes, even if you have put no information in, ask your mind the same question, and later down the road, you will hear someone say, or you will open a book at random and the answer will be there. Let it digest (GIVE IT TIME) and the answer will come. Sometimes the next day, and sometimes years later. Hope this helps. Be patient....enjoy the journey.

      @fearless bird there are about 20,000 genes in the human body, abt 500 of them are responsible for 40-70% of an average human being's intelligence the rest 30-60% is decided by the environment (I mean childhood mostly, not just a memory quiz).
      Like mathematical abilities are 20% decided by genes and 80% decided by the childhood environment and so childhood is very important for the life of a person cuz this is when Neurogenesis(production of new neurons in the hypothalamus) is at its peak

      @fearless birdi agree that this video is crap cuz the working of the human brain is nothing like that shown here!! Even a child who studies science can tell that this video is bu**** crap

      It is almost impossible to increase intelligence after puberty, cuz the neurogenesis almost halts, after the age of 15-17. Though it is possible to increase it a little bit further cuz the brain still produces negligible new neurons by neurogenesis, by doing new things like learning completely new languages and doing mental math you will increase your grey matter density and thus may increase IQ. But remember that the more aged you are the tougher it would be for you to increase your IQ.
      I was here to observe what bu****sh** advise they were giving about "increasing IQ" without any scientific evidence

    No one has found a way to raise IQ. Brain training games can help with your memory or can make you very good at that game.... But not raise your intellegents.
    So this is bull shit

      Studies on iq show that it actually fluctuates, so it isn’t bullshit. Legitimately your iq when you’re a teen and when you’re 26 could be as different as 20 points, so ye. Some of our iq is (obviously) an extension of genetics, but not all of it is. In fact studies that show iq is highly hereditable have estimates that show 50%-80% of iq is genetics, and even assuming all of iq is hereditary, much alike something like height, it isn’t fully set in stone. I can provide ncbi articles that back this up, one of which mirrors what I am saying, as I drew from it when replying. Aka, almost every reputable study on iq has shown that it fluctuates and is not 100% an extension of biological luck.

      Another example of this, though anecdotal, is Maril yn vo s Sava nt. I apologize for the spacing, but for some reason youtube keeps removing my comment. Anyways, back to what I was saying, marily n held the world record for the highest f e mal e iq at an astounding 228. However, her current iq is around 186 or something like that; and while this is still impressive and extremely high, it is a massive decrease.

    Hmm so I can get to even 30IQ jump if I can pull it off properly (Cause I'm still a teen and my brain is still developing so if I can develop some parts more and shrink the rest then I can get advantage of being young)
    Can someone help me with this process to truly ascend?
