Had a hard morning
2hr appointment with my primary administration abusers, the anti-happy lady... Plus a random new lady with me under investigation for potential welfare fraud
Could barely contain my CPTSD trauma reaponses, once told i could go, I fled the building, couldn't open the doors, they'd been locked by the exercise group, finally unlocked it aa they were headed to their cars
Fast walked ugly crying, ranting, not screaming but definitely audible that i just wanted to go HOME and the nightmare to be over
Walked for easily 20 min like this until i reached the Jesus on his cross monument outside of the little town
Peed in the forest then sat under him and finally started to calm
Then this videos notification popped up and I felt very called out by the title, wondering wtf now
3km later made it home
Took a nap
Finally watching this and... Ok feeling less called out
I'm typically more the one that goes through the changes, feels them, finds a new way to keep going and flow through anything that blocks me
Dream is freedom, justice and financial compensation for damages done
I just don't know how and i just have to keep trying

Every time i unexpectedly see his face my heart chakra lights up uncontrollably like hes just reached out and run his fingers through all of my defenses without even trying
I've tried cord cutting, I'm good at that with normies but cant with him or the situation im dealing with so best i can do is try to trim off the toxic growth to expose the healthy growth on the connection
But i feel him stronger than anyone I've ever been able to "feel" and it's annoying because it does feel like he's going through upgrades kicking and screaming like a kid you cant get inti the bathtub who eventually gets in and then refuses to get out of the tub when it's all over and ready for lunch or the park or something similar but happy
Its all so confusing and i just want to focus on my situation but i feel like im supposed to focus on him like some side quest while game designers are prepping for the next stage in my situation to overcome
Do you meditate? Do you put a protective shield around yourself when you do? It sounds to me as if you're letting some people through your filters and you can't relax because you're dealing with their 💩.
Unless they're physically present, if you tell them they have to go, they HAVE to go. The only way they can stay is if you don't really believe what you're saying. You may have to say it several times. They will try to sneak back in while you're not paying attention. But if you continue to forbid them into your mindspace, they MUST leave.
It's also possible to let them in temporarily and then make them leave again when you're done.
I'd do some thinking about them while they're not connected. It's important to know what you want, what you don't want, and how to go about sorting out your life to make things happen as you prefer. (I don't need to tell you that.)
It's probably easier to start with the only-astral person and move up to the anti-happy one.
You're going through this for a reason. Try figuring out what the positives are to the whole goat rodeo.
You're going to do this.
It will help a lot if you can get everybody else's crappy lives out of your emotional space (I speak from experience.)
But you ARE going to do this.

What I'm going through, if I take it from the Goat Positives you mentioned...

The anti-happy lady is one of many who are in positions of power over my life, which has been trapped in a toxic codependent relationship with France for years
Starting from an ex husband who presents Dark Tetrad personality traits and started the abuse 15yrs ago, the others just perpetuated it, causing massive cptsd
I've been switched on to my abilities since I was little, started doing energy work and more in the 90s and my abilities massively shifted after the stroke at age 34
10yrs later, I'm trying to figure out what my abilities are as my brain has shifted from the stroke as well as the chronic escalating trauma
My abilities now are almost merged or blended with the normal 5 senses, making it like being a bridge between as apposed to flipping from one side to the other
So what I do to block out the anti-happy lady, works to a point but it's like being the metal on Hephaestus' forge and Prometheus' fire
I still take the hits as I'm being shaped to take down a number of organization and government agencies
The God's may not tire but us mere mortals do and I'm exhausted
With the other one, he inadvertently brings me back to life, to Me vs who I have to be to keep going
But he's complicated, considering my complexity... It's kinda fitting 🤣
I'm one of those rare people on the extreme end of the story line

Eye am certain it's my DM. He's a psychiatric resident MD. He introduced himself to me nearly 1 year ago and we only chat in public but we both totally activated each other. He was working his way through a karmic relationship and eye just saw him a few weeks ago single but he wasn't ready to speak. He can take all the time he needs. Eye have been waking up for many years but started healing in 2017 so its challenging for him to catch up into mastery so fast where eye am. He's also younger. 🤷♀️

Eye am merely reporting the truth of my embodied experience. 🙏🏻 Egos don't disappear. They heal. But eye abide in the observer space.
