The cop wearing the body cam must have been that cop car. I thought the cop car was one of the mayors police cars. I went to Lewis University in Romeoville and was there with a former mayor of Harvey (Erik something, can't remember his name) He attended Lewis as well and I knew the first time I came across that man he was pure evil (along with Keith Price who I believe was an administrator) Back in around 2006 or 2007, the Harvey police departments gun range was broken into and all the guns stolen.
