Love the idea for the video. One thought that might take it up a step is next time once you have all the ingredients picked out, bring in an actual chef and you both cook a meal with those ingredients. Then compare the results.

Bro I would have made a fire korean dish called "budae jjigae" or "Army based stew". It from the war times when all people had were a random assortmant of ingredients so they made a big pot of stew. Typically its made with ham, sausage, Spam, baked beans, kimchi, instant noodles, and gochujang. SOO unhealthy but SOOOO good
