Thats because Ollie does em like itâs nothing so he doesnât actually know he broke all those records. Had he knew, Will wouldâve gotten one of those guys from Guinness to officially spectate Ollie breaking those records and then putting his name into the Guinness book of world records

Thank you for the fitness content throughout the year man. This year was when I took fitness very seriously and saw progress and I owe a huge part of that to you and coach Gregg. Hello Will, would you consider making a video of working out with just resistance bands and show how creative you can get with using them to satisfy exercises that you could do in the gym?
I think it would be helpful for those people who cannot afford to go to the gym or don't have one nearby, but could make sense to purchase some resistance bands that would help out to at least start doing strength exercises.

Unsolicited thumbnail feedback: the timer computer could be larger/closer to you and the 8.4 be red and bold to show a sense of urgency. Then the Guinness world record logo could go in the top left corner to fill that empty space, but also since it's a recognizable logo I don't think it needs to be too big.
Just my thoughts, also, you beat a world record in this video, that should Def be in the title. I really liked the change of pace you added in this one with the interview style with the logo in the back.

The plank record was lost the moment you decided where to put the plates. If you place them on your upper back, the weight is supported by your bone and tissue structure, not actually your abs. Any time weight is directly supported below itself, it becomes very easy
The dude carried the weight higher, across the shoulders, so all the weight went straight down through his arms to the ground.
