      Why would you run away? Jesus claimed to be God in human form and offers you eternal life. I would suggest at least investigating his claims by reading the source eyewitness testimonies in the New Testament. 👍🏼

      Jesus is Lord whether we are comfortable hearing it or not. He saves lives now and He is going to judge after death. Repent and be saved. Don't be ashamed of Jesus.

      This man, on his own CZcams channel, has every right to proclaim his faith in Jesus Christ.
      If you have IBS, your refusal to listen to the rest of his message because you 'took offense' at his declaration of faith means that you have missed out on something that might help your IBS.

      I say this as someone who was a born again Christian for 30 years before I started actually looking into where this mythology, and it **IS** mythology, came from. I was "saved" and baptized, I taught Sunday school, I walked the walk and talked the talk. I prayed every chance I could.
      Then I realized just how derivative Christianity actually was. I realized all of the contradictory scripture. I learned how to think critically. I learned why the scientific method is important. I learned how faith is simply a poetic word for gullibility.
      I started that journey wanting to be a better Christian. It led me to be free of baseless beliefs and the fear of "am I actually saved?" It made me stop looking at others in pity that they might "go to hell" for not being saved.
      The religious mindset is truly a mind-virus. It is poison to the self, and to society as a whole.
      The ironic thing now? I'm a better "Christian" now, in the sense that I am more empathetic, I take care of myself a lot more now since I know I only have this short time alive, I'm no longer of the mindset of "dominance" or "dominion" so it's helped my marriage and made it stronger and more fair.
      There are some good teachings in the Bible, I won't deny that. But if you look into credible history, you will see that much of it comes from much older religious thought, such as Confucianism. Much of the mythology of the duality of heaven and hell/ Jehovah and Lucifer is lifted straight from Zoroastrianism.
      "Vicarious redemption" makes people into unaccountable assholes. It turns them into selfish authoritarians. It's not rooted in any verifiable fact, which is why its biggest stipulation is believing absent of evidence. And that is the very definition of being a sucker.

    Thank you for sharing your healing of IBS though intermittent fasting.
    I hsve had IBS since I was a child (I am now 62!) and have spent my entire life trying to manage my daily symptoms and pain. I regularly have to cancel appointments due to whatever my body is doing each day. It is debilitating and exhausting. I am at the point of intermittent fasting. Help me Lord Jesus 🙏

    Thank you! I am newly diagnosed with colitis. I’m really dragging my feet going to the doctor because I know they just follow a plan of care and don’t individualize the care so I would be faced with colonoscopies., lots of other tests, a bunch of hit and miss medication. I have been intermittent fasting for 2 1/2 years. Usually I do the 16/8; but will start the 18/ 6 without snacks. I really believe that resting. The colon is a major part of healing.     Praise Jesus! After losing a few organs to IBS (appendix and gallbladder), I'm desperate to relieve some of the cramping and IBS-C I get on a daily basis. Your video has given me motivation to really give this a serious try. Thank you, brother!

    Hi, I've been doing one meal a day(OMAD diet)or 23/1 diet thing and has helped me a lot! Only been a week but the difference is already noticeable. Tried a 48hr fast too and been great.
    This vid is true in every aspect🙏🏻😁
    Exercise, avoid trigger foods and keep on top of water intake and should see results. But being patient is important too, first days are hard but remembering that its better than suffering on the toilet later😂😅

      Absolutely! I sometimes switch to one meal per day when I have occasional flare ups. Avoiding triggers is a big one! I know when I eat donuts or cake it flares up my symptoms if I’m not careful. 24-48 hour fasts are great for flare ups as well.

      @@MapleBoarder78 Me too, sugary foods do that unfortunately. For me I love Harribos😂my stomach not so much so I have to avoid things like so completely or its a bit of pleasure for a lot of discomfort.
      Meditation and prayer help tho too, read a book called, Power Of Positive Thinking and it helped me a lot too.
      I do agree, after I did the 48hr fast my symptoms completely went away and forgot I even had IBS due to the fact I was just focused on getting some food in haha.

    I had IBS C after gallbladder removal. Have a lot of abdominal adhesions. I changed jobs where I lifted heavy weight and 2 months in new job I lost 50 lbs and accidentally went on intermittent fasting while working 12 hrs and ate 1 normal meal. Amazingly I went from 210 to 160 lbs in 2 months. I spoke with a doctor whom told me about different IF and he stated after a year I should do ADF. I’m about to start it tomorrow because I can go 24 hrs without food with water only. My IBS C is lessening now and between diet which consists of fresh homegrown veggies and my grass fed beef from farm and exercise at work and not at work I can be free from it and function 100%. He stated I’m halfway there. My husband cardiologist and GI docs stated the same when he tried this too and his GERD issue is gone. No medications fresh wholesome foods and fasting are working. Now my husband wants to see ADF for me work then he will do same. It’s actually saving our lives. For him it’s also our wallets too. Most importantly peace of mind body.

    1 issue with alot of docs is that they just lable it as ibs cause they don't what it is and then like me ive been trying to find out what my GI issues root cause is because ive been dealing with this for 7 years now ans it has ruined my life to the point that my mental health is shot , my thyroid has been affected by it it's hypo now and other symptoms . i asked my doc if it could be SIBO or candida well that got me no where cause her just said if that was the case id be dead by now . with me mine all started with heartburn ounce in a while then that turned into daily acid reflux . also for me it dosen't matter what it eat my symptoms can come at any time

      I’m not familiar with leaky gut but I do know intermittent fasting improves overall gut health and healing along with benefiting food intolerances. I’m able to eat certain foods (in moderation) and tolerate them much better than before. I’ve also discovered that my gut better tolerates foods that have been a trigger for my symptoms in the past when I eat them for my first meal of the day rather than my second meal. This seems to be attributed to the fact that with my first meal I’ve gone longer without any food (16-18 hours) so my gut is more tolerant to foods that would otherwise cause my symptoms to flare. When I eat my second meal it’s generally only been 4-6 hours since my last intake of food which decreases its tolerance for trigger foods. 👍🏼

    I guess you're from Texas based on that Lone Star on your wall. I have tried fasting. It helps, but it doesn't cure it unfortunately. But it helps. I'm on a 24 hour fast right now.

      I tried it for work hours so I wouldn't have to go running to the bathroom and disrupt my productivity. I lost weight along the way and for those two things I will say time managing your eating will help if you're the type of person who gets IBS symptoms after meals.
      It's pretty simple if you think about it, if that applies to you. Obviously as well, eating low FODMAP foods helps a ton, and switching to drinking just filtered ice water instead of sweet drinks, coffee, and such also helps.
      I've read that drinks with artificial sweeteners are also detrimental to gut health, so all the more reason to stick with water as your main hydration.

    You didn't mention about your bowl movement and stool formation....is that back to normal....if yes then in how many days you noticed normal bowl movement

    Does that also mean you dont eat in the morning after you wake up? And around which time is your first meal?

      I eat twice a day. Lunch around 1 or 2pm, dinner around 7 or 8pm, no snacking. When I get occasional flare ups I fast for a full 24+ hours to “reset” and calm my digestive system.

    What I struggle to understand with fasting is how people manage to get a healthy amount of calories in for the day.
    I’m a very thin person who struggles to maintain weight. Even if you consider a low end average diet though, we’re talking 2k calories.
    How do you structure your 2 meals to get in calories? fasting interests me, but I cannot eat large amounts of food at a time. Thanks!

      I’m 5’10” and 150lbs. My two meals are fairly large, but not too absurd. Like you referenced, I need to eat around 1,000 calories per meal. At first I wasn’t eating large meals because I wasn’t used to it, but once I committed for a few weeks, my body organically adapted and I naturally began craving larger meals. You also have the option to snack between meals inside your eating window to add calories. Ultimately you can give it a shot and see if your body adapts or not. I know some people can’t do fasting due to their physiology.

      Add more fat and you will have more calories and your meal will taste better

      Don't worry about calories worry about protein. Try to get at least 100 G A Day regardless your weight

      Yes. Water, black coffee, or unsweetened teas are fine. Just no calories.

      When I first started, I began seeing improvement within the first few weeks. I believe it’s been about a year and a half since I started this fasting routine. Still going strong!

    How long do you fast though? Is it about a week and everythings better or do you have to consistently fast for months

      Generally people report improvement within the first few weeks of fasting. To sustain the benefits, you generally need to continue intermittent fasting indefinitely. Whether you fast only a few days a week or seven days a week will depend on how your symptoms react to the fasting. I personally have to do it 7 days a week, it’s become normal to me. I also suggest talking with your primary care doctor to make sure intermittent fasting is safe for you to do. 👍🏼

    For me it doesn’t matter what I eat when mine flare up it bothers me in the morning make me go more than once to the bathroom. … stomach ache , urge to go loose mushy stool and anal pain

      Is this even after trying intermittent fasting for a few weeks? I’m wondering if not consuming any calories for a continuous 16-18 hours each day would reduce your symptoms.

      @@MapleBoarder78 i haven’t started yet but I’m definitely about to test it I’ve did fasting years ago but didn’t stick to it this time I’m sticking to it my ibs is very weird I don’t have certain food triggers mine randomly comes and will go for a long time then come back
