Seeing you keep that phone tucked between your ear and chin all that time while cleaning and not dropping it was crazy impressive! Way to multitask! Lol
I actually got tired after a while and I had to put in my AirPods to talk 😂
Tip: wake up early every morning and clean your room... even if you don’t want to! And then you won’t be super overwhelmed with the mess. Also. Have a small laundry basket and every time it’s full do it. And something that used to help me was having a “dump bin” so when you get home from somewhere and you don’t want to unpack your bag or hang up your jacket just toss it in that “small” bin and REMEMBER AND DO it later.

Love these videos 🥰 I’ve had depression from my brother dieing a year ago so cleaning has been a hassle for me. Surprisingly my room is the only thing that actually gets messy, I keep other parts of my house nice and clean but never have the motivation to clean my room during these spells.
My other brother has relapsed back into his active addiction, so that’s definitely triggered my depression again these past few months. So it’s time to deep clean again. I’ve got a beach vacation coming up in July, I’d like to leave a nice clean room behind when I go.

Hey Allyson, I just loved the video! I love seeing our dog in the background on and off because he is so adorable! I know that if I had held my phone between my ear and chin while I was cleaning, I know that the phone would have dropped at least a few times, but I was impressed that you did it!

Girl yes I have depression anxiety a Pyscatrist and therapist if anyone is reading this get help don’t hold it in find ur way things gets a lot easier I haven’t tried better help but u can also ask ur primary doctor to recommend a referral through ur medical n let the insurance pay for it
