It is important to check your motorcycle tires, engine and insurance before going on a street bike stunt ride. Having proper riding safety protection is important to such as Helmet, gloves, jacket and good riding boots. Also having proper motorcycle license and insurance is very important as well.

This is awesome, I'd love to see a more advanced stoppie tutorial for people like myself that are getting stuck at a 150 ft point and have trouble with steering a stoppie, I know that's a lot to ask but just a thought, your killin it though love watching the vids
Man, I've been hit in the back of the head with a bmx bike from Flipping a stoppie and getting my feet hung up on the bars on my way over. Can't imagine a motorcycle landing on me.

Man I was killin it when I was practicing privately. Two weeks ago, Just when I thought I was ready to show off my new stoppie trick I over committed and broke both arms and some ribs. All in all about 6 broken bones. But f-it, thats part of it i guess. I'm healing fast and will be back in a couple more weeks. Be safe!

Best tutorial you've posted! Some track guys were telling me the gpr stype dampers can develop a 'dead zone' right in the centre, so i got an ohlins and love it! Been trying stoppies on my 636 but am definitely gonna put in some practice after seeing this!!
what makes a stoppie fun is there is no saving it if you go too far. and you will get injured if you roll up. back in the late 90's we didnt have good videos like this to explain it like this one.. kinda wish we did. nice vid. glad to see the kids are still out there doing this.

My first stoppie was at 120 mph out of necessity. Very spooky. But after that I’ve been doing them all the time. :)
Had to come back and leave a comment 😂😂😂I was in the lot practicing today and I totally ate shit and went flying over my headlight 😂 I got way to confident! Thankful for the full face helmet getting decent at them though back on the bike tomorrow for more.

Most people I’ve seen get fucked up in the lot are practicing stoppies. Back protection is definitely a good idea.

Couple of questions that weren't addressed. 1. Do you lock your arms, locked elbows, or keep some bend in them? 2. Do you set your weight forward, like get up on the tank essentially on a street bike or just stay in sea? 3. Do you initiate the stoppie with any kind of seat bounce, peg bounce or any kind of body weight manipulation of the bike or is the weight transfer all power to brakes?

My question is now you hit balance after stabbing the front brake what are you doing with the brake after that point are you modulating it the whole time? Like I’m and out or are you just holding it ever so slightly in one position after the first stab?
