I think the main difference is the flexibility: She's basically doing (almost) a split in the air with one foot still on the ground while the other is straight up, whereas your legs are bent and much closer together. Maybe working on flexibility would make a huge improvement?
When I was younger I was dancing to a song and felt really confident and tried to do an ariel. I noticed you ducked your head when you was upsidedown lol these videos are cool see the comparison between your skill vs hers since she's trained in flipping
Hey dude, would you be able to make a back flip tutorial? I’ve always wanted to do one and I’ve needed some more advice, like how getting over the fear of going backwards, could you do it? And again, you amaze me
It's crazy how much work goes into these shorts. Literally hours of filming, editing, etc. All for a minute of content. In the 90s they would cram this into 30 minutes to an hour. We are spoiled I swear.
I had never even tried to do an aerial until today, but after watching your how-to video, I did it no problem. You would think it would be hard for someone in his fifties and out of shape, but it's actually a piece of cake. 😉 Thanks!
Ah the Arial. I was once a Ina gymnastics tournament in elementary school, and everyone was warming before the tournament, then boom. There was a blood curdling scream. And it turned out some kid was practicing his routine and when he was doing his Arial he landed wrong and his knee cap literslly f**king inverted, leaving his knee looking like a cereal bowl.
Reminds me of when I was younger. My sister (I don't know, 8 at the time?) Didn't want to put her cheese stick down but wanted to do a cartwheel so she did. She held onto that thing and did a one hand cartwheel. She did later learn how to do the ariel.
Important too is the straight legs. Notice her legs are always straight and he never does. That also effects momentum. Don't tuck either. That tells the energy you're throwing with your leg to go down.
Please pin this Your channel is very underrated and deserves more love! Your Stunts are amazing! I hope your channel grows even if it takes time! Don’t give up!
I've spent 3-4 years trying to teach myself how to do an areal because I went to a very bad dance studio when I was younger that sucked at teaching acro, and didn't provide proper equipment. Be careful if you dance when you dance alone or with a studio because I now have unalined hips because of uneven stretching they used to teach us. Always do both sides.
Just like a backflip, mostly being from the drive of your legs, you have to chain the kick right after you drop your head, like a trebuchet. Idk tbh, I can't do a backflip, or an ariel, but I certainly actually do know, everything, in fact.
I used to do way more flips n sh!t. So much of it is in the fear if you know the process. Like I can still do whenever I want a backflip on a grass if someone boosts my leg. If I just do it by myself I really have to first concentrate, go over the steps and get the go feeling by clearing mind. Then you Have To totally commit or horrible things will happen. Otherwise it's totally fine. The commiting part is so crucial even if you fail since if people panic, whatever can happen, they land in so weard positions very tense. Like my friend just started skating couple years ago and he is almost 30 like I am so I brought safetygear if he wanted to try something new. We were convincing him to drop this smallest thing in the park and he was sweating it for an hour. I just said that he needs to learn how to fall and also commit, commitcommmit when he goes. We ofcourse explained what to do also, basically lean forward. Well I just dropped this biggest thing on the park and actually falled down and just rolled sideways, got up and grapped my board and went again. When I came down my friend was in the ground because he had bailed the mini-drop halfway of going so he had made some panicked sidestep so his ankle rolled and it was next day Super bloated. So the bailing in panic is the worst you can do. You can bail if you need to but then commit to that and you cannot be afraid of you hitting the pavement. Like for me time almost slows down and I have time to position myself the best way.
Great effort. Just very bendy legs. Another way to set it up is to place the second hand on the ground as late as possible (i e. If you launch of left leg , your right hand is the second hand, most importantly is to lauch with your chest up so you gain height rather than dropping it, that will make it effortless and save your knees n ankles.
That's the reason I prefer Gymnastics over Parkour, while Parkour is daring, the technique and perfection gymnastics requires is on another level and it looks way better. I'd rather see a clean triple, instead of helicopter leg corkscrew twists.
She does it with such finesse and smoothness. His is more functional which makes sense since he's a parkour-er

Cartwheels are kinda easy tbh I never went to gymnastics when I was three I just started doing them for fun 🤷♀️
Professional and Parkour are two words that sound fucking ridiculous together.
I can do one hand cart wheel. This the most i can do. 😀 .. I'm impressed by boy's Parkour skills and girl's flexible atheletic body.

You should try figure skating jumps, you can twist in the air really easily
Form ... Look at her legs are always straight...helps to increase the force out
Dang I really wanna try aerial now, considering it’s the next level for cartwheel
Professional Parkour, now there's a stable job.
Since shes trained in how to do it of course her form is perfect. Try to mimic her form better and you got it
Today I matched up with someone on tinder
I like pausing this short while the gymnast is upside down.
I can't do a basic cartwheel either, lack of mobility. I can't even touch the ground with my hands if I keep my knees straight.

STRAIT TO ARIEL

it looks way more stylish when she does it though cause her legs are pretty much straight the whole time
