AT 80 yrs with one knee needing TKR and one knee with TKR I CAN WALK 300 meters in 20 minutes 150 one way In Garden Walk way !!! After going through this video I feel I AM DOING OK ✅👍🙏
Great video. Why did this video get such low comments. I’m going to film my version of this test as well. Great job as usual fellas. Please make a short chairworkout video so I can share with my Audience. Much love from Donovan Green Fitness.😊
Thanks for the session
It's like musical chairs or chair and you win every time also shouldn't you walk in a figure 8 to avoid dizziness? To many left turns for me
I agree, plus figure 8 walking would show signs of better stability.
I have a calf strain and I wanted to know if I could still exercise while the injury
I thought walking was good for people with high blood pressure, so why can they not do the test?
Here trying to figure out if my asthma turned into COPD from cigarettes
Stop smoking cigarettes please. My mum had asthma and copd she died in april at 59 because of it. If you was looking for a sign this is it. if you already have congratulations.

Is 30 meter distance standardised? Or variations are accepted?
Devanshi Vasa , according to American thoracic society standardization 30 meters is the length of the track and some studies make it 20 meters or 50 meters.
Now every one talking about 6 min walk test for covid n they already made video 4 year ago wow
It's been 28 days since I got Covid except minor chest congestion every other symtom ws and is gone but today my oxygen levels turn to be 94 and then rapidly climbed to 98 I did 6 minute walk test and after resting the oxygen levels stay between 96 and 99, mostly 97 or 98, is it OK?
hi please answer the last time i ask on this channel.i had a quite powerful pec minor strain which caused me to loke rest for 2 months(i know im dumb)after i returned my posture seemed damned , my wrists hurt alot and my fingers a bit.now i suffer less because i train like 3 hours of hard isometrics everyday.but i have entire back pain and my wrists and fingers hurt.can this be caused by a pinched nerve due to scarr tissue of pec minor strain?please.back pain gets more severe through out the day.i want to ask also , can i workout and do self ART at the same time?example work the pec (like i do as i have good body for my size im really strong on overcoming isometrics)but pushups srems heavy sometimes due to this pec.please answer.thanks.
id like to add that my pec now feels good but there is a tight scar tissue in there which im working out.but i can stay training?i train alot more than anybody out there lol
WHY IS IT FOR 6 MINUTES? WHY NOT MORE THAN THAT OR LESS THAN THAT?
I THINK because studies already showed that the distance walked in 6 minutes is valid and reliable and correlated with functional capacity.
The point of a standardised test is that they can be compared to measured normative values. If you did other time intervals you would have no norms to compare to
We have to find out how many laps the patient can walk.right?here what you mean by laps?
@@drisyadiya9335 a lap is a specific distance. I hope that answers your question.
I missed the wall there.. bad prepared :(
