Tiger Taming Quan is one of the traditional Chinese Quan techniques that imitate the movements of other creatures. It is neatly organized and features stable and powerful movements of the legs that deliver highly effective attack and defense. When Jiang Shimo saw this set of Quan techniques practiced on the mountain, he thought it was powerful and mighty. He liked it very much and began to learn.

Do you "Tame The Tiger" within when you practice, or do you feed the Tiger within when you practice? I would say, "YES". Meaning, you do BOTH. You FEED the Tiger within, and when the Tiger is full, he is tame...
    Until he gets HUNGRY again...
This was a beautiful video... I'm subbing to this channel on this video...

Hope they can integrate into the art what the westerners pursued in their HEMA[historical European martial arts] in which they came back to the roots using manuscripts and historical accounts as well as surviving modern martial arts and historically accurate equipment to recreate the original techniques that were designed to function well under historical real combat and battlefield conditions using a scientific approach along with historically accurate equipment like weapons and armour along historical strategies and combat mindset as written in military treaties.
Making Chinese martial arts fun as well by integrating competitive and combative elements to its health and contemplative aspects; like full armour combat like in the [battle of the nations] and adapting the art to modern self defense for civilians and military alike.

I am an Wudang Pai practitioner practicing HEMA. It is different inside and outside China.

The only thing that makes HEMA less appealing than Kung Fu is that it didn't really seem to bother with hand-to-hand striking or kicking. It's all about weapons and sometimes grappling

hahaha u got the whole squad laughing. if i were to get a 10th dan kyokushin karate practitioner and a tai chi "master" then obviously the karate person wins. the movies you see are all chinese-made so they would obviously make kung fu "the best" when in reality is dogwater.
