Maybe matching up a guy that’s 10-1 with 9 KOs against a 38 year old guy that’s 6-18 with 11 KO losses was not the best idea.
doesnt really have much to do with why he landed that way
@MNO I get where ur going or coming from and you could potentially have a point. but that would be almost absolutely pure speculative and its impossible to prove either way for or against that you know? its entirely possible for someone who has never even hit their head once in their life to sustain such an injury in that fashion. the compression of vertebra can be related to prior injuries or be a the first ever injury of that type. its impossible to objectively determine in this specific scenario
@MNO yupp, most of bkfc roster are damaged goods.
The athletics commission should be on trial for letting this even take place.
@@nundzi1548 I’m tired of hearing fighter called damaged good, cowards, not exciting, glass jaws, etc..
Please respect that these are warriors Litterally putting their life on the line for your entertainment and a paycheck.
Easy to eat popcorn and judge them. But you’d get slapped and press charges….
Coming from a. Guy with several assault cases, cuz pussies run their mouth and don’t expect to get hit for it…
And also had the shit beat outta me while I was barred out, bleeding out both ears, never thought about pressing charges or even talking to the cops…
Even my dad would hit me, and when I hit back, he called the cops😂😂 some people just aren’t built like that but they like to act it tho🤭🤫
Yeah but Power Slap is super duper safe...
No he’s wrong, the guy died by spinal cord damage from the way he fell on his neck after being knocked out!
Could have happened the exact same way in the UFC just as easily, just very unfortunate.
He actually died from pneumonia
He died from COVID
damn this just confirmed Fedor is a cyborg
@@Thiernodjo Damn we need more Vaxs. lol
spinning elbow, flying knee, tornado kick straight to the temple is ok. but barefist, so dangerous.
Because bare fist 👊 fighting gives more brain issues then any of those moves
@@abomb420 tell that to the boxers suffering brain damage
@@PrinceDyspo yea, well, mma is the third worst for the brain so let's not kid ourselves here. the order is football, boxing, and then mma.
Glove or no glove I think the way the guy fell on his head is what injured his spine resulting in death.
Thanks for the info CZcams Doctor
@@johnnysothersack6829 Real doctors agreed with him, sooooo…
The guy died because he injured his spine due to his fall and has nothing to do with gloves or no gloves a couple of doctors have already spoken about it. Dana is doing this to shun you away frorm what the issue really is ufc Fighters do not get paid enough for risking thier lives
Well... like he said, he's put on over 7000 fights in 20+ years, and none of his fighters had to deal with any life threatening injuries. Whether you like him or not, you have to realize that's not a coincidence.
If BKFC had the same level of medical resources the UFC does, chances are this guy would still be alive.
@@damnitstroubleman how the hell would he be alive if he fell awkwardly dumb a....
@@damnitstroubleman dude compressed his spine and needed a tracheotomy it had literally nothing to do with incompetence and that's just objectively true
@@damnitstroubleman 1 they havent been around as long dont have the money ufc has
2 how was more dotrors gonns prevent him from falling they way he did
@@damnitstroubleman Wouldn’t matter if you had the medical resources in the world there dumb ass 😂 he severed his spine with that fall and also had pneumonia.
Then creates power slap
" you gotta spend the money to make sure they athletes are healthy" yet doesn't cover health insurance and pays really shitty.
It’s like wwe they are independent contractors
Dude what other job do people work at most 4 times a year? How do you expect them to get them properly paid
The guy didn't die from the KO. He died from the way he fell. He severed his neck. The central nervous system controls your breathing, which is why he was put on a ventilator. It went downhill from there.
It’s THE Brian Adams😱
@@DannyDoggedYou in the flesh
I feel like he's trying to distance the ufc from bk as much as possible. Which is probably smart but this could easily happen in ufc. You can't control how someone falls. No amount of money or medical preparation can prevent something like this.
All i want is let the fighters get their own sponsors again
He died from falling head first and breaking his damn neck....not from the knockout. He was put on a ventilator and had complications with the ventilator and the broken neck and spine injury.
CTE is what really worries me when it comes to UFC fighters. But RIP yo Justin.
That particular injury was caused by the way he fell and landed. Anything that causes one to fall and land on their head that way could end this way. It could happen in any sport where people get knocked out for sure.
When Dana White said no serious injuries other than broken bones I think he forgot Bispings eye is a prosthetic lmao
Coming from the man who promotes power slap 😂😂
What about bispings eye?
Bisping kept his eye a secret even after his legendary one eyed title defence. (Not sure if he defended multiple times with half his vision but yeah)
To be fair, it could easily happen in the ufc at any time. Just look at the way Reyes fell on his head against Jiri.
This is such a stupid statement. You can then easily say it can happen anywhere at any time. Which it can… but it hasn’t happened in the UFC after spanning many decades as it has. You bring up the way Reyes fell but it STILL didn’t happen. The fact is MMA has done well in creating a canvas/fence that’ll absorb weight transfer for bad falls. The fact that it happened so quickly in an organization with not many events says a lot more.
@@userdeleted4723 I'm with u man this is like paintball with real guns
Is anyone shocked the man who doing power slap now
I so glad I’m not the only one commenting like, “😊great words Dana… ah, wa, wait didn’t you just start power slap🤨”
Well put it like this. You know what your signing up for when you enter any octagon
Except most combat sports are not in an octagon.
Still a sad situation.
Anyone can die if they fall wrong after getting knocked out.
from the guy who brings you power slap
Spinning elbows and knees in the clinch isn't much different from knuckles
This could have happened in all combat sports. It's very sad. Brutal. Dana has his agenda, his brand to protect, and I am sure he/they have done a lot to make it safer - but - it might happen to his guys and girls as well, no matter what they do - to make it not happen. These people are not playing Chess in the octagon, the ring, the cage. Take care, Warriors, and RIP, Justin.
Exactly!!! 👊👊✊✊👏👏👏
Two words: Power Slap
He stopped himself from saying so many things. He’s a level 99 shapeshifter
DANA, UFC USED TO BE BARE KNUCKLES AND YOUR EQUIPMENT (GLOVES) AREN'T TESTED
Yet he started a slap league where defenseless people get smacked unconscious and their brain rattled 🤦🏻♂️
Dana Khaki spittin the truth, however landing awkwardly after being knocked down can happen anywhere.
Yet with all Dana’s and the UFCs expensive health screening, they couldn’t catch Bisping being blind in one eye before he fought.
I appreciate that you have to protect your own interests Dana, but seriously dude, what's the difference between getting hit in the face with a bare fist or kicked in the face with a bare knee, shinbone or foot?
If only MMA Championships organized pure deathmatches instead of their pathetic matches for money n fame 😢
He said nothing regarding Justin Thornton...all he did was rep the UFC
Cat Zingano had a serious injury she had suffered brain damage and took a long time to recover from it
Horrible that Justin passed away, at the same time it was very poor matchmaking. An aging fighter coming off 5 straight finish losses. He shouldn’t have been in there, God rest his soul. That being said, Power Slap better be careful, those guys are taking way too much damage.
I like Dana but I believe his angle on this was completely foolish. Instead of defending combat sports and their record for safety over many years he chose to separate the UFC. Whether you realized it or not this was an attack against combat sport safety and the people who are fighting against combat sports do not care which company is holding the events. Very foolish and selfish comments by Dana.
No the problem is bare knuckles itself... Can also use knives or swords as in roman colosseums
Justin fell on his head.....but Ooh 20 million bucks , pfft that's less than 2% of take , ultimate farkin crook
* Bispings eye ball enters chat *
Dana knows it’s because of the way he landed and the same could happen to ufc but he has the opportunity now to talk bad about this competitor while praising his
I got the same vibe. You dont get to say “it doesn’t happen to us… because we have good doctors”
100% And when it does Dana will deflect- assert for example it’s the way the UFC fighter landed.
I think dana forgot about bispings f-up right eye or maybe that's not considered as a serious injury? idk
Thourough medical screening,
That's how Bisping was fighting with one eye
Howd he take a question about a dead fighter and turn it into a question about UFC shit talking lol
He is right you know
Michael Bisping lost his eye
Tito lost his brain cell.
he isnt though
Don't forget that bisping lost an eye in ufc. No serious injuries my ass
Only saying this to protect his company 🤣🤣🤣🤣
fighters safety doesn't explain why they're using the worst gloves ever
Dana saying this because BKFC is growing across the world, with double standards as Boxing, MMA & Kickboxing has its dangers
It’s like boxing without gloves. They’re not grappling or doing Jiu Jitsu. It’s just punching. It’s an awful “sport”
One sentence he says he hates seeing guys go there why are they going there cause of pay dana
Then does Power slap lol. He doesn't like the competition and that's all. BKFC is fire actually.
Regardless of what happened with BKFC, it's great to learn what the UFC does for safety of fighters. Love him or hate him, Dana watches out for the fighters safety.
He watches out for their safety so the backlash of fighter injuries don't come back to bite him, his company, or his sport. Not so much because he actually cares about fighters lol
Of course the competition is going to have nothing but garbage to say.
It could happen in any fighting sport if you fell over on your neck literally tennis football rugby American football olympics
Fighter safety huh? That's why the fighters pay for their own health insurance and Injuries
Dana not a fan cause he doesn’t get a cut from the profits.
the guy died bc he was knocked out and landed awkwardly on his head which damaged his neck, this could easily happen in a ko in the ufc dont kid yourself.
He owns power slap! 😂😂
Michael Bisping lol
"... fighter safety!"... What a joke!
Do UFC fighters get Healthcare benefits from the company?
Bkfc is walking a thin line here
Yet someone has already died from slap comps and he is okay with those events
He’s not a big fan of competition…who’s shocked?
Honestly after this one ill say Dana is a very smart man!!
I thought bare knuckle was less dangerous because people csnt hit as hard
In what world can they not hit as hard, they can still punch the same just without a glove to weigh them down??
@@jburger590 yeah but they risk a greater hand injury so they are less likely to punch harder. It’s a paradox: boxing gloves in a way made boxing more dangerous cos it enabled people to go for several really hard punches to the head, to a greater extent than they had before.
its has nothing to do with gloves or no gloves its objectively a fact that he fell super fucked up had nothing to do with being bare knuckle
Dude ur living in a parallel world or what😅😅😅😆
@@titansfitness3393 📚 read
Ironic coming from the guy that promotes power slap
Evander Healthyfield
Dude cares about his guys, i dont care what anyone says. You want more money, put more asses in seats
Yet bisping was blind 😂
I had a friend that was punched in that same location and also passed away. It doesn’t take much folks. And you street fighters… be mindful because that punch could land you some manslaughter charges.
No gloves in mma would be safer no doubt
Hate him or not , the guy takes care of his fighters.
No he doesnt he fires them
He treats them like shit
No he doesn't 🤣
No serious damages in 25 years lmaoooo such a lier
No sport...
He died of pneumonia, not a knockout.
Dana’s lip look funny
Say what you will, I fuckn love Dana white tha man is a legend in my eyes
He has a point
not really lol the promotion wasnt responsible for the freak accident. The dude fell and compressed his neck. could have happened in soccer baseball wrestling mma boxing basically any sport
Fuk look at danas arm😳😳😳 Hgh n trt in full swing😅😅😅
Is Dana really using the death of a fighter to promote mma and undermine financial competition?
Dana "if they die they die im still gettin $ jaja"
Why you making it look like danas hailing hitler in the thumbnail
