Wes Germer of the famous Sasquatch Chronicles, now over 1000 episodes of interviews and many thousands of emails and communications from others, has described the same as the subject of this episode. Bow Hunters are more camoflauged, silent, and often up in a tree stand and go much more undetected, until they are not when the Sasquatch gets close. And often these are the most horrifying encounters, as the up the tree hunter has nowhere to escape. Forunately, the Sasquatch simply move on, although I have heard from few that they have reached up and touched the bottoms of their feet, before moving on. In the Paul Freeman VHS film from Deduct Springs in NE Oregon, you can see the huge Bigfoot brush into a pine tree a good amount and the branches move a good amount. A few days later someone(s) measured that pine tree and it was 16 foot tall. The Bigfoot came up to appx the 8 foot and maybe a bit more, of that tree.

I have occasionally enjoyed him and the long form interview format, but he brings on some doofuses and has some doofus takes. He is probably an all right guy but at a pretty untouchable level of popularity, which tends to lead to an echo chamber
@@bp51082Tbh I tend to have more respect for people that try to give all types of people a voice. Many of history’s most famous scientists were considered foolish in their time. I’m not saying every doofus in society is a secret genius, but it’s worthwhile to at least entertain foreign ideas.

I spent a part of my youth in that area; I recall reading about this online after I had moved away. I went back for a holiday a few years ago and thought about it on a long distance run in the mountains near the reservoir. As some of these areas have more frequent visitation; I personally suspect populations have migrated to more remote parts of this state and the two near surrounding states. I’ve wondered if this was one of the last family groups to move on; as I’m not aware of any sightings in years in that part of the state.

Myself and my family seen the exact same thing in the Wood Buffalo national park 40 years ago big medium small. On a road going to a place called Hay camp in Northern Alberta.
I wonder if they’d have been spotted if they had camera phones on them and attempted to film them.

They most likely moved out of the area's with fires.. .there are a couple other reasons such as they are not permanent "surface" dwellers, they may even be subterranean and only come to the surface for food. .
Lots and lots of room to not be seen.

A few years ago a girl thats a long time friend of mine and me were in a SUV deep in the woods outside of a town in Oregon call Wolf Creek really going at it enjoying each other after smoking m*** and drinking bush beer changing positions we suddenly saw one right outside the open back window just perfectly still just watching us. Dr freaking out and honking the horn it ran off but acted like it didn't really want to go too far from us. Like he was really interested in what we were doing. But my friend she had enough. So we left and all the town people there all believed Us and stories of their own. They seemed very interested in human sexuality from my experience and stories from others. I I swear every word of this is true. I guess King mountain outside of Wolf Creek Oregon is a hotspot for Bigfoots and even UFOS and other creepy s***.
