A drive on the one billion Chinese built Montenegrin motorway

The A-1 motorway in Montenegro, also known as Princess Xenia motorway, named after the Montenegrin Princess Xenia, the first female driver in the Balkans stretches for 41 kilometers so far between Podgorica and Kolasin. It was opened in July 2022. It looks impressive both from below (the Tara river Canyon) as it does from above. Despite its huge cost it shortens the drive to Podgorica through the Tara Canyon by hours. For me, it took like two hours to drive through the Tara Canyon to Podgorica in 2021 on the two way road that runs at the bottom of the canyon but only 30 or 40 minutes to drive the same distance on this amazing motorway, above the canyon.
