That's a fine unit done stylishly and at a very good price. You wouldn't get a tent in Dublin for that money!

So much better than the modern shoebox condos's that rent for 20,000 plus that are labelled luxury. Space is the luxury in your home.

Would be curious to know how much a one bedroom who rent for there.

One bed units range from 15k up to 24k per month depending on size and quality of furnishings or renovation done on the property
You might be able to find a few advertised at 10-12k but they are in a very bad way
This property finally went at 22k per month a short time ago czcams.com/video/rVCnVeY5wss/video.html

You could get a one bed in Dusit Grand Partk 2 for 10k a month, probably 15 now and it’s new with all mod cons. This seams expensive compared.

This I have to disagree with to some extent
Yes, you could get something there. However the place is overrun with short term renters. The facilities are not so well maintained and are very busy. On top of the rooms are more small and size matters when you are a long term renter. The new mod cons are often cheap quality and break easily
Baan Suan Lalana, whilst older, is still a beautiful complex full of long term renters or people who live their full time. The pools are really good size and it's just a more peaceful place to stay. Plenty of outside space and garden areas, too
For short term rental for a few days or weeks, Grand Dusit. But for the long term, it isn't so good

Dusit Grand and many other Condos are smaller in size and high rise Condos, nobody knows each other.
Here we have a nice community,I am living here for 22 years!
      Oldie,but Goldie!😊😊

Thanks for the replies folks. Some good info there. Moving over long term, I for one definitely don’t want a condo with noisy short termers. 👍
