in todays video you will finally see how the story with the Polly Pocket flea market seller went.
I'm really gratefull I had the opportunity but also rather disappointed about the prices.

Prices on sets sometimes is just ridiculous! It’s so hard to say no when you’re really wanting certain ones, but you just can’t justify the high prices. =(
Yes, sometimes prices are ridiculous!!! But I would feel so bad to overpay. Especially since I always "preach" here on my channel to not spend these high prices. I really want to help keep prices affordable. And actually sellers are just able to set these prices because we as customers often pay them. If nobody would pay these prices, they would go down.
Polly Pockets are so fun! Also, you kinda resemble honey lemon from the movie big hero six!! 🌟

Those prices are crazy... at leats they were reliable and actually showed up!Seems like you got an okayish deal and nobody was wasting their time. Even if they are not complete and some have the wrong dolls they are pretty =D

Guess we didn't know what treasure we had there... but that was also roughly 20 to 15 years ago so maybe prices weren't so crazy back then XD or at least our prices weren't
Yeah... I think I still came out successfull with the Pollys I bought and not overpayed.

Those are great finds and I'm glad you got a good price for them especially for the bath time one and complete! I've just started collecting them and the prices are crazy for incomplete/damaged ones. Definitely takes a lot of self control and patience to wait for the right one. I thought the pink chapel was more rare than the yellow one. Here in the US I mostly find the yellow ones.

I have set myself some price limits for ponies but also for Polly Pockets. So yes, sometimes it takes a lot of patience until the right one in the right condition and with the right price shows up.
Aha, interesting that over in the US the yellow Bridesmaid one seems to be more common.
Oh I've only just realised that Bluebird toys is Swindon UK, which is where I live! So I'm guessing my MLP lunchbox is from Swindon too! Great video again.x

Hi Lau, thank you for another video❤️ Lucky that you didn’t pay that much for the ballerina or other Polly pockets, i mean even it is complete, the ballerina cost about 80-100 EUR depending on condition and variation. Please wait for my box lmao I am going to send it on Monday or Tuesday! Xoxo

I'm also happy that I did not break down and pay those prices. The funny thing is I think I found on ebay what they based their prices on... there is one Ballerina one for 399€ buy now complete and in mint condition. Still to high, sure... I guess they saw that and that's what they used as a reference...

Also es ist ja wirklich nett dass sie extra bei dir vorbei gefahren ist aber die Preise sind schon recht gepfeffert. Vor allem im Vergleich zu dem Flohmarkt Preis für das cozy Haus letztens. Und 400€ für das Ei.. uiuiui da frag ich mich wer das bezahlt

Ganz deiner Meinung. Es hat mich so krass überrascht, dass sie so utopische Preise angesetzt hatten, denn das komplette Cozy Cottage habe ich für 8!!! € von ihr bekommen... na ja hoffentlich bezahlt niemand diese Preise~ auch und erst Recht nicht für das Ei~ haha
I have that Cinderella castle and I didn't like it so I painted it black and purple to look haunted, I picked it up at a market for like 7 euros...
I might need to dig it up and undo my painting... LOL XDDDD
Luckily I always only use acrylics which can always be safely removed without damaging the toy...

Sure, if you want to earn endless amounts of money by selling the castle, you should hurry and get the paint off~ wahahah
Whenever I find a spare Cinderella Castle in bait condition I should make a haunted overlay on it for my Halloween decor :)

Also ich habe eine in Nochmall gefunden und das Set hat noch alles drinne und hatte 3€ gekostet 😅 ist sehr selten eine Polly Pocket Set zu finden (entweder unkomplett d.h ohne figuren oder fake.)

I would not call them thieves. They were nice enough to come to my appartment and bring all this stuff and they bought all of it back in the 90s. So they can offer the prices they want. It's just ridiculus.... and they won't sell a lot of them if they keep these prices~ haha
@@LauSkypainter They are just ridiculous! But they make me angry about these things... In the flea markets, here in Italy, if there is something vintage they immediately shoot high prices!😡🤬😞🙄

Ja.... ich hatte noch nie so viel Polly Pocket auf einem Haufen gesehen. Natürlich hatte ich wirklich gehofft da etwas mehr von abstauben zu können aber letztendlich bin ich froh, dass sie sich noch auf den Deal eingelassen haben und ich nicht komplett ohne wieder gehen musste...^^° DAS wäre schlimm gewesen~ haha

Geh' einfach weiter auf den Flohmarkt. Ich glaube nicht dass sie diese Preise dort bekommt. Auch in der Bucht nicht. Irgendwann werden die Preise realistischer :-)
Klar, ich werd ja sehen, ob sie auf dem Flohmarkt ab und an wieder welche dabei hat oder ob sie wirklich alles dem angeblichen Händler verkauft hat. DER hat aber bestimmt nicht zu DIESEN Preisen bei ihr gekauft. Da kann ja kein Händler mit Profit machen >___
