Guys don’t sleep on winter just yet. Keep a few winter items on standby just in case. Im in upstate NY and last weekend we just got rocked by an ice storm followed by over a foot of snow. All kinds of chaos. Now it’s back to mild weather and everything is melted. But anyone who lives in the northeastern US knows anything can still happen even in late April.

The Barracuta G9 Harrington is hands down the best purchase I have ever made. The tartan lining takes center stage when it’s unzipped so you have to keep the rest of your outfit neutral. I bought after a recommendation from this channel years ago. Investment piece for sure so go with the original.
I'm on the hunt for a good Harrington (UK based). But not wanting to splash £250+ on a Barracuta and definitely not 2nd hand .
I have navy. As you say it’s not a summer jacket it’s fully lined. Makes it perfect for spring, fall and even winter at times.

I really appreciate that Ashley does these videos. I am colorblind and my wife is tetrachromatic. This means that my wife sees orders of thousands more shades of color than I do. Now I know that Olive Green and Navy Blue go well together and can search for those clothes. No more giggles from my wife when I walk out wearing colors that look atrocious together. I'm not even joking. For years I only wore black white and shades of gray to avoid wearing colors that didn't complement each other. Everyone asked me if I was goth or a Johnny cash fan.
Harringtons are my business casual jackets and bombers are Street wear casual jackets 🫡i stopped dressing for weather amd dress for the location and culture .. and its still freezing in NY 😔

Chinos are better when its warm because its breathable. Jeans are musty

I took your advice and bought some light wash jeans a few hours ago. I just tried them on at home, and man, I dunno...I'm so used to dark wash denim. I haven't worn light wash since the mid-90s, and I'm really not used to how I look in them. They look kinda weird on me. Maybe I'm too old for them? (Approaching my late 40s)
it's not that you're too old. it's just simply not your style
Also, especially with loafers: Watch out for how small they look on you. Bigger, more muscular or shorter legged men look absolutely ridiculous in slim loafers with their ankles showing. The proportions: Big legs vs. tiny shoes, can often look you are wearing ballerina shoes. As someone, who unfortunately has short but very muscular legs skinny/slim/pointy shoes look ridiculous on me. Therefore I rather go for chunkier shoes (Derbies, Birkenstocks, Paraboots, etc.).
Underrated comment. Ashley seems to design all these outfits with her partner in mind who’s like 6’2” 140 lbs.
Shouldn’t we be sticking to three colors for an outfit? Some of what your showing is four colors. Understanding they are complimentary but some style rules say three colors per outfit max? Am I misinformed about all this?

i only wear black. my platform boots are red and i got some blue ones on the way. the white sneakers everyone promotes are so boring and basic to me. too minimal. the boots i wear are kinda flashy

This channel/videos feel a little...2016/17 fashion style/look. And they all seem to be the exact same visuals/tips being vomited out each ear.
Skinny chinos/jeans are shown for these models/image examples, when everything is much more slim/straight/even relaxed.

Your advice is outdated. What is this, 2012? Also, men should not compete against each other. Your vibe is very toxic masculinity. "To be a real man you have to wear this and that and this, be above the rest, etc...." That kind of messaging is too outdated.
