Call of Cthulhu Classic Ed Unboxing

#CallOfCthulhu #RPG #Unboxing! Received my Kickstarter from #Chaosium today, a reprint of the original CoC boxed set. Extremely well packaged, excellent production quality. A 100% score for this Kickstarter from start to finish.
When I first got it in 1981, I’d only vaguely heard of Lovecraft and seen Michael Whelan’s spooky book covers. The game was a fantastic introduction to cosmic horror, and I immediately read everything I could. I only managed to play the game a few times, as my crowd was all in on D&D. But just paging through this (now including some supplements I never saw) brings back a flood of nostalgia. “Tekeli-li! Tekeli-li!”
