As much as I love listening to these streams live at work and then actually watch the points that I wanted to actually see happen later in my free time, I'm glad that I didn't watch this one live. I would have burst out laughing in my office just from the audio of this chaos.
A shrine quest would be nice where you compete to finish more shines than the other

I know this is from 3 months ago and I don't know if Eric reads the comments on the VOD channel, but I think something that could be fun is a co-op 100%. A common run you'll see in the Hollow Knight community is a randomizer with several players and when one person gets an item, all players do (even money is shared). Get 4 people together and it could be fun to see how fast you can achieve 100% (especially since most speed runners don't do 100% and only know details needed for Any% or All Dungeons). Could also be fun to add the deathswap mod on top of that so one person might be fighting a Molduga while another is fighting Waterblight and they swap halfway though.
When you're in combat and your on a horse, always leave one dodge for precarious situations.
1:05:23 This confused me so much because there are multiple hot springs that aren’t in death mountain 😭 like the ones in the Hebra mountains (even though you would also take damage, but from the cold) and the one somewhere in Necluda

Fireproof elixer wasnt against the rules... you coulda taken one and camped out deep in death mountain. You could also use a little over half of your stamina's distance out in the ocean

im watching a month late but I have a strat for this. theres an ocean octorock, which you could kill but it wont kill the other players octorock. stand near it on a cryo block and then when the timers up smash block. Then the other players in the ocean and cant do anything but tearfully swim away from octorock.
I feel like Yiga trolling tactics would be potentially really effective here lol
Best strat would be to go to the icy water on great plateau and use cryonis until u spend all three sit onn the oldest one and bust the other two .. then make a nice cup of tea and wait

if you hold whistle button and spam the run button, you can infinitely run without using stamina

I know it would be a nightmare to code and troubleshoot, but the idea did cross my mind of kind of a pokémon situation.
In which two or more opponents go out into the world for a set amount of time, have some way to capture enemies and put them in their inventory or something like that that allows them to basically hold on to and use certain enemies.
And then some coding stuff to figure out how to get the enemies to fight each other once respawned by opponents or "chosen to fight"
If you do one of these again you should go to where the great flame blade is

If objects were synced, you could use magnesis or stasis
do botw multiplayer but you have a custom designed guardian beam launcher gauntlet with a throwing animation were you hold it and aim then fire and links arm moves back a little and do not forget about a custom reticle to aim before you fire. i will be surprised if you do all that, honestly
