In this video we have shown the detailed process of ceramic coating at superspa auto detailing studio pune. It is a complete 2-3 days process done for ceramic coating
Steps
1. Alkaline shampoo wash for removal of oil mud sand and grime (Foam Wash)
2. Acidic shampoo wash for removal of mineral deposits from the paint surface.
3. Iron Decontamination and claying to clean the paint pores and remove the roughness.
4. Neutral pH shampoo wash (bucket wash ) to remove ang static dirt left behind
5. Hard water descaling from each and every corner
6. Interior vaccume and deep cleaning
7. Carpets wash with shampoo
8. Engine bay cleaning and detailing
9. Compounding for scratch removal
10. Polishing for high gloss finish
11. IPA cleaning to remove any polishing oils
12. Ceramic coating application panel bh panel
13. Glass cleaning inside and outside
14. Interior premium dressing
15. Tyre, trims and engine dressing
16. Paper matts and perfume spray.

Post coating maintenance
Always clean the car with clean and wet microfiber and then buff with dry microfiber
Avoid dry wiping to eliminate swirl marks
Maintenance wash after 6 months recommended to decontaminate the coating and get back fresh look again
