Bhandardara is at a distance of 170 km from pune and 160 km from Mumbai. You can go to bhandardara and Bhandardara waterfalls by your own bike and car. As local transport is not available in Bhandardara for sight seens so you must go to bhandardara hill station by your own vehicle or by private taxi.

Thank you, for such a detailed video. Im thinking of going for a one day return car trip from mumbai with family, which route should I take for better roads and are there good food joints there?
It’s difficult to cover up all the things in one day. Though If you wana go then - go earlier as possible … road Mumbai-igatpuri -Bhandardara… internal roads were not good at some places but that’s minor…. Limited food options … go after mid monsoon so you will get waterfalls full of water

from necklace waterfall to ratanwadi road was somewhat bad… from ratanwadi to sandhan valley road condition was little bit more bad… but Bhandardara is beautiful place to visit in monsoon
