Savory oatmeal with cherry tomatoes | Best healthy breakfast recipe

  • Hey! Today we will cook savory oatmeal with cherry tomatoes.
    Ingredients (for 2 servings):
    200 g of cherry tomatoes.
    60 g of oats.
    30 g of grated Parmesan.
    60 g of cream cheese.
    2 eggs.
    1-2 cloves of garlic.
    Slice the tomatoes.
    Fry the garlic in olive oil for 1 min over medium heat.
    Add cherry tomatoes and fry for 2-3 min, remember to stir.
    Add oats and pour in 250 ml of boiling water, mix well and cover with a lid.
    Heat to minimum!
    Leave for 5-6 min and stir regularly.
    Add cream cheese and spices to taste. Mix well, cover with a lid.
    Leave for another 1-2 min
    Cook a poached egg (optional). Sprinkle Parmesan over our oatmeal and top with poached egg.
    Ready!
