As you say, your eyes are small that's why you don't put eyeliner but you put Kajal. But that is wrong.
Instead, Black Kajal makes the eye looks smaller, even of the people of big eyes, Black kajal makes eyes look smaller.
You can use white or Nude Kajal to make your eye look bigger, and just shade with a little bit of black kajal Or black eye shadow in the bottom of eyelash, not in the waterline..
And You CAN use eye liner, along with white or nude kajal.. It makes eyes look bigger, MUST TRY!
